Good morning, I was at the Pep Store at Mall@Reds, Rooihuiskraal yesterday 19/11/2024 and was not happy with the treatment received from the cashier, Lethabo. Firstly, she did not greet or acknowledge me, although I greeted her. All tills were empty she walked to a till but I was not sure if she was going to assist me or she was just checking something. There were two of them behind the counter. She did not call me, so I had to ask her if I should go to her, she remained quiet, so I just put my things on the counter and she scanned the two items. I paid for the items, while I was putting my card away, I see she walked away. I was a bit surprised because I did not get my receipt or any indication that the transaction was done. To my surprise, I found the receipt lying on the counter. It is very disappointing to note that the entire transaction was done without a word from this cashier. She was stubborn and irritated that I was there. I am sure this can be picked up from the camera. Is this how Pep Stores train their staff to interact with customers, surely not. How is service monitored at these branches and what feedback is given to staff to improve on customer service? I am a professional and certainly don't want to be treated with such disrespect. The cashier must understand she is not doing me a favour. This is not the first time that customers are treated in such disrespectful manner at this store. I used to love going to this particular store due to the staff being friendly and fun. I would end up buying stuff that I didnt intend buying. Recently the service is pathetic. Someone opened an account using my mom's details. She went to pep store Delareyville to report this and she was told that she needs to make an affidavits, bring the certified ID copy to the store, she did just that but today when she goes to the store no one is attending to her. Mom has been to the store in the morning until now and everyone is ignoring her even the manager.... Head office number is not going through... My mom needs to resolve this but no one willing to assist her at the store code number 8380

I went to pep store at phola mall kwamhlanga, I got assisted by this short dark girl"lizzy", she didn't have patience with me, she literally threw the items that I was buying back at me,and her tone was very disrespectful, iam writting this because it is not the first time phola park stuff mistreat their customers.

I write this with a heavy heart, today I went to Pep Store Senekal at 14:10,they close at 3pm.I found doors closed but there were people shopping inside,as I entered,light skinned tall lady(employee) told me that they've closed (with attitude) but I'm like how cause I called the previous day what time are they closing, still gave me a 3pm time.I forced myself in and did my shopping that didn't even take 15 minutes, when it's my time to pay they stood me up for close to 10 minutes without helping,the very same lady and her colleagues were busy with paying their own stuff and chatting, while I was waiting to be assisted. I couldn't take their names because there no name tags. I'm very disappointed.

Hi. I went to the pep store at shoprite mountedge combe on Sunday at 16:55pm the door was closed my partner and I asked the staff to open the door as it was before 17:00pm. The staff member said that the store is closed and when I showed him the time on my phone he said their store is following a different time. That staff memeber was arguing with my partner and I actually want to put up a fight with us. That is so absurd and rude behavior. The pep store at mountedge combe is badly behaved, rude no proper customer service. The manager of the store doesn't teach their staff how to provide a good service. I will advise all my friends and family about that store in future. I hope the head office address this matter ASAP.

Good day. I must praise the staff of PEP Victoria West NC. I have been shopping there for 20 years. The staff are very friendly, know there products and goes the extra mile to help you. PEP can be so proud of this store. It is one of a kind. Our PEP looks like a boutique. It is ALWAYS clean and full of stock. Thank you PEP head office for this gem in our little one horse town.

I WORK IN THE MALL OF CHATSWORTH CENTER AND I HAVE A PROBLEM WALKING SO I WALKED INTO PEP STORES LOOKING FOR BABY THINGS FOR MY NIECES BABY WHICH WILL BE BORN SOON . I WAS GOING TO BUY THE WHOLE LINE OF CLOTHING FOR A NEWBORN BABY . I WALKED IN WITH A BASKET TROLLEY AS MENTIONED I WORKED IN THE MALL AS IT HELPS ME BALANCE AND TOLD THE MANGER I WILL BE ABOUT 5 MINS FOR NOW JUST TO LOOK AND I WILL BE BACK POINT BLANK I WAS REFUSED TO BE LET INSIDE AND TOLD NO TROLLEYS INSIDE AND I EXPLAINED I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY LEG PLEASE ALLOW ME FOR 5 MINUTES AND AGAIN WAS REFUSED AND WAS TOLD SO IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR LEG WALKING HOW YOU WORKING WHICH WAS OFFENSIVE. I am absolutely disgusted in the service from one of the staff/workers at Rosehill Mall Pep stores in Port Alfred eastern cape. I purchased a cell phone (without an ID) they said it was fine and I was appreciative. Two hours later I returned the phone and asked for a refund as the phone was lagging and freezing. The woman bluntly refused saying I was returning it for other reasons and that said she couldn't help. When I pointed out that the return policy stated I could return a faulty phone within seven days of purchase, she called the manager. I was the told that i would need to produce an ID to exchange the phone. Please rectify this as I will not leave it. I want a refund and an apology from the staff member (Vee) for treating a LOYAL pep stores customer with such disrespect and neglect. Unacceptable

I wrote this with a heavy heart went to Delft mall Pep to withdraw money as was standing in the line I reliaze that I forgot my ID fine then I ask the lady next to me to withdraw the money for me was so disappointed there way that a guy called Ashley or Anshely something like that a coloured guy there way He told me that his system is off line on his till I failed to understand if how can it be possible but his neighbour there person that he was working next to him was doing there withdrawal of there money to another customer but yet he claims that his system is of my with an attitude then he said I must not tell him how to do his work if I want to work for Pep I must apply what happened to customer service?

I recently purchased a phone at the Pep store in Cresta Mall on 12/06/2023. Unfortunately, the speaker stopped working approximately 2 weeks later. When I returned the phone to the store, I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to fix it. This is unacceptable as a phone is a necessity and repairs should take less time. The store’s policy of only offering a replacement within 7 days is not responsible. I am requesting that the repairs be done sooner than 4-6 weeks or that I receive a new phone. If that's not possible, I would like a refund thank you. Every client is entitled to a refund according to CPA, and your pay slip does not state a refund is applicable in how many days

It is been nearly 2hrs that I am trying too phone PEP Hypermarket and PEP Cape Gate. They simply just not answer the phone, lazy I would say and no customer service. I have even ask the Centre Managements to go to them to ask if their phones are in order and here is nothing wrong. Just a question of I dont want to answer the phone. This I will share with my fellow PEP shoppers and ask them to also ignore PEP

I want to lodge an official complaint against the assistant supervisor, xxx at the Molteno branch. The Manager was at a meeting apparently. Since 2022 I receive 17 parcels twice a year. I always wait in the line and NEVER ask for special favours. When I went there yesterday, I could not get my 3 parcels and could not buy with my card as it was load shedding. I went this morning at half past 8 since we expected load shedding at 09:00. The shop was not ready for customers and still setting up. • I asked xxx if they were expecting load shedding, and she answered in a rudely manner. • The queue was already lining up. • I asked her why she can’t open another sill, since only one of the three was opened. She shouted, rudely again, that she was the supervisor. • xxx was talking to the customers in the shop in Xhosa, so I could not understand wat she was saying about the situation. I experienced that as unprofessional. • At ten to 9 I asked her again to please open another till, but she rudely refused – rudely raising her voice again. • The lady at the till, zzz, stayed very professional throughout. Since I was still fourth in the row, I realised that she was trying to work as fast as she can – I respect her for her effort. • I reached the till just after five to nine and zzz served me. • A lady from the side gave me clothes and money to pay for her, since was did not want to stand in the queue – where was xxx to reprimand her since she was not queueing as she explicitly to ME to do, although I was already in the queue waiting to be helped? • I paid for the lady when I have finished. • By that time there were already 13 customers in the queue, but xxx was still discussing something in Xhosa with the customers. • When I finished at the till, I was angry. I told her that I was going to report her rude and unprofessional behaviour. She answered: “You can do it any time you want.” • Although xxx, was the acting supervisor / manager, she never tried to dissolve the situation, as was professionally expected from her. I buy from PEP almost every week, so this was a bad experience for me. Although it was not the first time… I want to mention that I am fluent in Sesotho, but not in Xhosa. zzz would be an excellent manager if you ever need a new one! She is always professional, never raise her voice, never shouts at customers. I have never heard her making small talk with she customers unprofessionally in a language I do not understand. She can also read situations and react accordingly.

I bought an Orion stylo tab 8 at pep and in 1 month my daughter cracked it just small 2 lines and after that don't want to touch anymore, so I try to speak to the maneger Nomsa to booky for me for repair I will pay extra they refused that's so disgusting I left the phone to there shops as I'm getting stranded to fix it so uproffetional and so disappointed but I need help 😭

same thing happened to me on this STYLO ORION TAB 8, with just a small scratch the phone was no longer touching.

Did u ladies get help. Mine has only 3days and I can't get it fixed anywhere.

I also purchased the Stylo Orion Tab 8 from PEP stores polokwane. I had the exact same incident, it was checked at the store however soon as we arrived home. The touch wasn't functioning. I did try to go back, the lady said their are no warranties or refunds. PEP STORES YOU GUYS HAVE THEE WORST SERVICE I POLOKWANE

Had the same problem. Seems the phone can't be fixed anywhere. Checked everywhere, can't even get an LCD replacement.

Pep is a no go are did a PAXI on 22nd December to HAMMANSKRAAL JUBILEE up to date it has not arrived, fraud, theft and corruption is getting worse at Pep, if nothing will be done Pep should be closed, you can't have so many complaints and nothing is do. Well disgusted doesn't even begin to explain, what I feel about Pep Primrose , I sent my daughter to go buy some pj's for my grand daughter who is in hospital , she was treated very badly by the staff making racist comments and calling her names and going as far as to chase her out the store without buying what she went there for, I spend hundreds if not thousands a month at Pep. I want people to know that you will be treated like shit at Pep Primrose Germiston, rude racist staff members unhelpful.

I am extremely dissapointed at pep Cleary Park, they are so unprofessional always when I am there and they never go the extra mile to help a customer, they either always too busy or the system is down. My husband went in store more than once asking them to check availability of a product in any other pep store and the only answer they always give them is they can't look.ike what isn't is 2022, I mean ya'll must have updated systems by now, when I phone any other pep they can check for me. This is just a disgrace, pep Cleary Park is useless!!!!!!

I went to Magedela building pep stores there was old lady her name tag wtitten SINDISWA ... she gave me a bad attitude ever after that she told me system is offline and said i must do the back shopping 😓 i was laughed by the whole staff.... i went to SHOPRITE building where another is ... the lady there told me that they are no longer do layby😓... Yhooo what a disappointment PEP STORES in BIZANA i salute.... there is alot of training need to be done

Trying to get hold of head office is impossible, no reply!! All I want is to find out about my installment, but impossible! Disgusting service.

I visited pep stores city view Durban a few times,the staff are always in corners chatting,the cashiers are always distracted by other staff members about other queries so the focus is not on the customer In front. To the eye,the parcel counter distracted me very untidy,and stuff all over the parcel counter. Staff should not be sweeping whilst customers in the shop,they must wait for the door to close then sweep.What happened to Pep stores customer service,does not apply anymore

Pep has the worst services ever. I bought a laptop on the 1/03/2022 and I used it for only 7days and it never worked after that, it just becomes blank, I took back to the store, and I was told they are going to take to repairs, they took it to repairs and it came back after a week, it only took 8 days for it to work after that it started doing the same thing again, on the 28/03/2022 I went to pep to return the laptop they took it to repairs again, even now I'm still waiting for it to come back.I'm even think of fighting legally in order for me to get my money back, since then they said they can't refund me, they rather take it to repairs and worse part of it is that I'm a student I bought the laptop to help me with my assignment, I used the money that I should have bought my text books with and bought a laptop. It's ether I get new laptop or I'm fighting legally. Kind regards MM Nyabedi

Worst service ever. Pep home I bought a mini basket amounted to R59.00 and orbit professional chewing gum R10.99. Guess what when I pay the basket was now R65.00 and chewing gum R19.99. Prices on shelf show this amount and the till show other amount.... very disappointing shame.

I am disappointed in Pep Stores and Paxi. They lost my parcel. Parcel was received by Pepcell (Boxer Centre)Lady Frere on the 7th of Feb 2022. Reported lost by the store on 14th Feb 2022 after my mom visited them on the 12th of Feb 2022 and they say that they parcel was not found. To date, I have not received my parcel nor have I been fully refunded for my parcel and the courier fees. Now, they tell me about a service (insurance) which they have never told me about eversince I have been using the service in 2021. I have been to a minimum 3 different branches and not a single cashier informed me of the insurance, a service which was added after the July Unrests in KZN and Gauteng provinces

It been a week after I have reported PEP in Fourways & PAXI about my parcel D611005676675 which arrived in Vryheid with fewer products than the ones I initially sent. The box inside was tempered & opened yet they still say they will check the CCTV cameras at PEP in Fourways. To lose cosmetic products worth R6000 just like that has made a tremendous loss on my business. This is my last resort!And this is not a first time 2020 i lost parcel from Durban to Ndofaya mall D611005676675 i call pexi and they keep on saying they will call me until today, and what a annoying part is that im running a business im loosing and at the same time im not getting any assistance from PEP and Pexi wht must i do now

I live on Northwest province, and i know the towns are run down due to minicipal banckrupsy because of corruption,the streets are full of potholes and papers lie around,but the Pep stores building must be the worst Pep stores i have seen ever, it looks apalling!

I made a lay-bye at Pep Zevenwatch mall on the 20 June for my baby. I went to the Pep stores Blue Downs Hindle road which is close to my house to make payment then they said I cannot pay there since I did not took the lay-bye out there. I did not made any payments in July so I went to Pep on Monday to make full payment and get my lay-bye. I got there and the lady told me that it was thrown out 5 days ago since I did not made regular payments. I looked at her and said that I just skipped a month and if I was allowed to make payments at any Pep stores this would not have happened. I also asked why no-one contacted me because what is the purpose of leaving your cellphone number. I am disapointed for the lack of communication and also for the fact that you are not allowed to make payments at any Pep stores when making a lay-bye.

I am very disappointed in Pep stores. My life partner bought me a new pair of shoes for my birthday. Unfortunately they hurt the back of my ankle and he suggested that I go and exchange them for another pair. He cannot find the receipt unfortunately. I decided to take them back to Pep and asked if I could exchange them for another pair. I didn't want the money back, I just wanted to change them for a more comfortable pair. I was told no. They said I could change the size of the same shoe but not change them. That's ridiculous. Now I'm stuck with a R175. 00 pair of shoes that I will never wear. That's a lot of money. I will tell everyone I know that they should not buy gifts from Pep because they are not very reasonable!

Staff member were terribly rude no Pep Promenade clothing customerr service.Good day to whom it may concern I very dissipointed with the rude service I ask for assistance with one your staff member Carly then she use improperly laugage towards me and speak very loud in the shop.Then one of the customers say no you don't talk like that with any person.I ask for manager I wait for 45min. they send Lauren to me I explained everything the manager said she never delt with problem like that then she ask Carly to apologize she refuse.I'm unhappy the way the whole problem been handle.I phone customer service the Monday in November 2020 they said the manager is coming back nobody.Almost 3months no manager contact me.The service is really Terrible I ask the email address or direct line for CEO the staff members said they don't have.Kind Regards Hazel

I am very disappointed to read your story about how pep stores treat customers. Also its shocking to see how pep head office does not have a email address which will allow everyone to communicate directly and in short pep store seems not interested with customers but expect customers spend their hard cash no matter what.

I was at pepcell park station in Johannesburg to make a cash send, I found a lady she told me that my ID is not registered at Pep, she said I must go to register at Absa, where I arrived there at Absa bank, they said they don't anything about that. I've decided to go to ShopRite. The service was terrible

I slipped on a patch of water in the Kenilworth Centre store and injured myself. Asked to speak to the Manager who took her time in coming. Told her what had happened and she rushed off to clean the mess leaving me stranded. I went to look for her and again showed her where I was injured. She just shrugged, showed no interest or remorse. It is my right hand, my dominant hand, which now incapacitates me.I am seeking medical attention to assess damage. The Manager at the store is Sima.

Good morning I trust you are well I am customer in BALLITO Junction Mall Pep store I bought a TP Link mifi router in October 2020 Unfortunately it gave me a Battery life problem It couldn't last even for 1 hour while on package It says up to 8 hours of usage, I took it back after 2 weeks and they said they will send it back for check ups,it will take about 2 weeks,Meanwhile I bought it for my Online exams and the store manager said I can use my phone as a Hotspot and he will help to speed up the check up process but even now I'm still waiting and when phone them to check what's going on they saying it will take 6 weeks and I shouldn't have bought TP Link router is terrible.. This is such a Terrible experience and it's inconvenience for Customers.. I also work in retail @ Queenspark as a Store Supervisor.. We don't do that to our Valuable customers. I bought a Tplink Router at PEP HOME KLIPFONTEIN WITBANK which had problems woth battery it only lasted less than 2 hours returned it back to the store they told me it will be back in 2weeks they would call back and they didnt I went back after 2 weeks they said its not back they eould call back and the turn around time would be 4weeks which also passed went back to the store the ladies gave me attitude and said 4 weeks hasnt gone by They said they will call me ! They took down my numbers for the 3rd time but still no one calls back Went back again and still They dont know anything or rather they not giving me clear feedback but the whole team has attitude whenever I come to the store to find out how much more longer its gona take to have my router back from repairs! Its been a month and 2 weeks and no one is willing to assist me on that regards I mentioned that I want a refund they said they cant give me since its been 7days past purchase and return date !!! 17 november I went back to the store they only called repairs when I was at the store but the manager was very Rude with me! And so was the store lady at the teller all they telling me is sorry !!! PATHETIC SERVICE PEP STORE IM SO DISSAPOINTED !!!!

I bought a mobicell geo at pep, hankey branch on the 25 august and on the 5 October I took it back for repairs. I got it back on 22 October and it was still faulty. they claim that there's rust inside the phone so it can't be fixed. all I know is that my device never fell in any water so I don't know how the rust got there...it was brand new when I got it. pep and Vodacom just lost a customer. apparently I must take it upon myself to fix my brand new phone. I am never doing business with pep ever again

Iam very very disappointed at Pep I lay bye my babies clothes at blued owns pep store on 31August when I went there on the 5 of September telling them that I lost my slip they said I must give them the ID after that they told me that I never do a lay by there the is no lay bye that named by there I paid 200 Rands for that lay bye iam am very hurt and to me it seems as if the lady who was helping me to do my lay bye robbed me because when they check on the computer there was nothing. And after I did the lay bye I was receiving sms's telling me that I must pay my lay ye because iam half way to finish it I received two massages telling me that then when I got there they said there is no proof showing that those massages are from Pep ( Iam afraid of buying any thing from that pep near shop rite at Bluedowns because they are skolies.

I went to pepstore next to trans in rustenburg and noticed that the employees there are afraid of their manager... Even when she calls them to the office they would be like eish now what have I done..they even hide themselves in the corners to strike a conversation

I have been to quite a few stores during the Covid-19 pandemic. But the store with the most carefull regulations are Pep Stores in Reitz in the Free Sate. Well done to the staff for the way that they handle this situation. You make your customers feel welcome and safe! God bless you and keep you safe!!!

I had a very bad experience at Worcester pep on the corner of High street and Stockenstroom street today for the first time in all these years. I enter the shop and at the door was a very friendly lady. Inside the shop as I was looking at some vest another client spoke to who was also buying the same thing. That's when we were approached by merischa. She told as in a very rude manner to keep our distance, didn't even great. As we move aside merischa move into my private space, she got so close, so how is that for social distance. She ask if the other lady and myself is together as I answer her she cane closer almost like she going to fight with me. She was very aggressive and as she walk away she past a a comment to her colleague, I could not hear that properly, but she was cursing. Atcthat time I left it, but when I paid my goodies I was at till 4 and she was at till 5. I tried to catch her attention to tell her the way she spoke to me is not how you treat customers, but she ignore me and just give me a look and roll her eyes at me while her manager was sitting behind and not once got up. Well if she had a bad day, she has ko right taking it out on her clients. I don't know this girl but it really felt like she has something personal against me they way she carried on. It was almost like she trying to prove a point to her colleague or if she is the owner of pep. If she don't like her job she should resign. We all going through frustrating times and alot of people will will appreciate her job. She really needs to get customer service training.

I went to pep home in fochville. On the window they wrote that lay-byes are accepted but when i went inside, the manager there Ntsoaki told me that they do lay-byes on some of the things and not glasses. She was so rude and had bad attitude.

went to PEP Macassar a few minutes ago and experienced the worst. As we got in with our food parcel, the security at the door told my husband he has to leave the parcel in the baskets, which is right at the door. I asked why should we leave our food there where the security guard started giving attitude towards us. I know that parcels are to be given in at the parcel counter, yet the.product we went to go buy is also right next to the tills, meaning we wont even go deeper into the store. One of the ladies at the till tried to help by telling us, however the security guard kept on making racist comments calling my husband a kaffer. I informed him he manager about what is happening and she wasn't helpful, just said she'll have a word with him. And to top it off, on our way out of the store, the security guard had the audacity to ask me "did you gain anything?" Im appalled by this behaviour at a store we always go to . AND NO ONE HAS TIME FOR RACIST PEOPLE

I have a complaint about the service that I have received @ thohoyandou.i bought a phone last year September and it has a problem of not charging I returned it to the store now it has done the same thing.on Friday I went to the store and I told them about my problem they told me asked me about the paper that gave with the phone the day that I received my phone I told them that I didn't receive any paper she just gave me a slip only and the lady who assisted me gave me an attitude and she said she gave a paper.i asked them are you going to assist me or not they said there's nothing the can do.i just took my phone and go.where is customer service?

Always have a wondwrful experience at PEP stores. Just wanted to make a suggestion, well you see my daughter was impressed with the pepmoney card and she wants one of her own but she is under 18. I wanted to make a suggestion if you could come up with a card for kids encouraging responsible savings since its so easy to deposit into said account. Good day, I have a complaint about the PEP stores in Paarl, Lady Grey Street Manager, Elmarie. She is no manager and no peoples person. She is unfriendly and rude and does not care about customers. I went to Pep yesterday with my husband and 3 month old grandchild. Firstly the store is very hot no fans or aircons. The line is in the aisle but only 1 cashier were helping almost 30 people in the que. The manager is in the office constantly on the phone. When reaching the cashier I gave the two pairs of school shoes which was R169.00, which afterwards the R20 as advertised did not go off. Firstly the cashier called the manger in the office which shows no interest in helping out. She carried on with the call. I waited and after 20 minutes the cashier went again. After waiting for 5 minutes without the manager acknowledge the cashier she eventually said to the manager the customer is in a hurry as she has been waiting for 25 minutes already she came out with an attitude no greeting no apology nothing. She is really rude and not at all professional. I eventually left everything on the counter and went to the other PEP in Paarl. Within minutes I was helped and out on my way home. Now I want to know, Where did Elmarie get her training from. I went back to PEP Lady Grey to cancel my lay buy and what a cheek she confronted me at the cashier desk in front of customer that I am rude.. I told her I want nothing to do or talk to her as she is no manager. Furthermore I am in the same position at my company and would never treat customer like she does. I want to tell Elmarie if this is the kind of staff pep has i am deeply disappointed in them. The cashiers however was very nice and helpful but unfortunately they cannot authorise without a manger. the poor cashier was so uncomfortable with the attitude of their manager. Elmarie consider customers always first and friendliness cost you nothing you are however in a position where you have to work with customers daily. So attitude change and a smile and more willing to help I would recommend for you.

Good day I would like to bring to your attention the most unbelievable service I received from a Pep Stores manager ( Requel ) from Pep In cornubia Durban.. I have on multiple times visited Pep Stores and always had great service, so I could not believe my experience on Thursday ( 12/12/19 ). I bought a Flash voucher for R1000. I asked for an OTT flash voucher and was given a flash voucher which didnt work as I wanted a OTT voucher from Flash. So the normal thing to do was give me a refund but Requel gave me attitude and told me she is busy with banking and slammed the door behind her. There is a lot more to her attitutude which stunk, and you could only imagine how upset I am by now. I did use vulgarity and only because of her provoking me. I wasnt right but, its the reaction she provoked out of me. Then she calls centre management for me to take me out the store instead of refunding me. Then she calls head office, apparently, and has a good laugh on the phone about me, loud enough so I can hear the conversation. She complained to someone and then comes back and tells me that head office said they dont want to deal with me ( without hearing to me ) and that Im not allowed in the store. 4 guys cane to escourt me out but without her assisting me. She screams at me in front of customers and belittles me as well. Then she calls a person by the name of Brandon to come for me in Cornubia. This was a hell of an experience, all because this incompetant manager couldnt attend to my refund. I also found out that this refund is a process and hence she gave me her attitude. I really cannot explain more how bad this experience was. Even the 4 guys from centre management couldnt believe her behaviour. I had to leave to store without my refund and the voucher. Was pushed by the security guard to the window outside the shop insisting to search my hand bag at pep today at president hyper center in Krugersdorp. He told me that I'm always getting away with shoplifting but today I'm at the wrong place I was called a shoplifter in front of everyone,never been so humiliated in my life and one of the ladies ask me to search my hand bag going nothing and I ask her if this is part of her job never responded.

Hi i have a complaint today 06/09/2019 i had an incident in of your store in pretoria mamelodi crossing,i went to shop groceries at shoprite then went to pep store to shop for son i found security at the door with my grocery inside the trolley,then the security told me that i should put my trolley next to the parcel countet only to find out that when i was about to leave the store my trolley was missing when i asked the staff they told me nobody saw anything then i asked the manager(zabe and pretty) to check the footage she gave me an excuse that i can only see the footage with the area manager's authorisation i have opened the case at police station so am not gonna live this matter..i have worked hard for my money an for my groceries to be stolen inside the store so i need this matter to be dealt with immediately am gonna take this matter further am not gonna live it,can u please deal with this matter urgently if you don't want to loose customers

Good day, I went to pep store at Cosmo Mall. I stood in the que which was very long for almost 30 minutes. There were two cashiers, a gentleman and a lady. The lady took more than 20 minutes helping one customer with buying a cellphone. The gentleman helped more than 10 people including one that was buying a cellphone. Please make sure that enough cashiers are at the till especially if some of them are a bit slow with service delivery and it is also not fare on those that actually work.

I went to pep-store at President Hyper in Sharpeville where I experienced such a terrible services by one of the cashier with no name tag(its a lady chubby and dark in complexation)me and my wife we bought some items and there was 1per of tekies and 1per boots sleepers)and both were last per's on floor and they didn't have price tags on, and we wanted them so badly so what happened is the lady told us she cannot help us with those shoes because they don't have price tag and the person that's working with shoes wasnt available then she said we can leave the shoes with her and come back on Monday or Tuesday because it was Saturday 1st June 2019 when this happened and then I asked her very well if she is not going to need my details she said no.then I went back on Monday 3rd June 2019 I went to the very same lady I asked her about the shoes she said I should go back to floor and check if they are not there and I did that as I turned my back she loughs with her colleague only to find they no longer there then I went back to tell her I couldn't find then she says then we can't help you with a bad attitude so I just left with a very brutal sad heart no shoes I was very hurt with such treatment that turned me into a joke wasted my time going back there,so if that's how they going to treat us then I won't buy there anymore coss I normally buy clothes for my baby girl at pep so after this I'm done with you guys

I think the ladies at Pep Stores Riversdale South Cape was not very helpful today. I bought a house here about 10 months ago and only visited the house every second weekend. I bought a lot of linen and stuff at them in the past. I incorrectly bought a box night frill instead of a fitted sheet, after moving in now permanently I wanted to put the new linen on I saw that it was the incorrect product, the frill was still in the original packaging and pricing on it, (unopened). Unfortunately I could not find the till slip, I was prepared to take something else then rather the money and they just say no, they cannot help me. What make it worse is that for the last two months they know me, because I always pop in to buy something. I was very disappointed, and coming from a family where my mother was also a branch manager for Pep stores for many years and I know how important customer service was for her and the company. The other day I went back to Mr Price and home with two bed lamps that was also in the house but not used the served me with a smile and a pleasure without the till slip that I could not found. So what makes Pep Stores better of different then Mr Price and home. One thing is for sure they wont see me again and I shall bad mouth Pep Stores Riversdale South Cape.Thank you.

Goeie m ôre. Ek is baie ongelukkig oor die manier hoe ek en my dogter deur personeel by Pep Stores Williston behandel is. Op Vrydag 31 Mei 2019 omstreeks kwart voor 5 is ons na Pep Stores waar ek 'n item gekoop het. Ek het in die ry gestaan en wag totdat ek by die betaalpunt gekom het. Ek het my item betaal en die kassier versoek dat ek graag my Paxi Pakkie wil afhaal. Die kassier het gevra of ek net 'n oomblik kan wag aangesien die kassier wat met die Paxi pakkies werk net gou by die Bestuurder in die kantoor is. Ons het eenkant to geskuif sodat die kassier kon voortgaan om die ander kliënte te help. Kort daarna het die kassier en die bestuurder uit die kantoor gekom waarna sy die kassier aangesê het om ons te los en die kliënte by die betaalpunt te help. Sy het die so gesê dat ons dit duidelik kan hoor en het ons daarna heeltemal geignoreer. Ons het gestaan en wag terwyl die kassiere voortgegaan het op hulle verskeie betaalpunte en die bestuurder aan haar deur gehang het en met almal in die ry geselsies aangeknoop het. En ons staan totdat ek vir my dogter sê, nee wat kom ons loop want ons gaan nie gehelp word nie. Ek voel net Paxi is 'n diens wat Pep Stores lewer en hoekom kon ons nie gehelp word nie. Die minste wat die Bestuurder of die personeel kon doen is om na ons te kom en net te vra of ons nie later die pakkie kan kom afhaal nie, maar nee ons is heeltemal geignoreer. Baie swak diens.

On the 30 May 2019 I went to PEP at about past 5 in Ellof thinking of purchasing a gown, a consultant by the name Gugu came to me while in the line wanting to pay telling me did I know the gown I’m about to purchase is on sale, I confirmed no and at the same time lost interest in the gown while still in the store me and Gugu continued to chat as I leave the store I can see that she is following me but I didn’t really take note of it, a store away at Ackerman’s she approached me with two another ladies and robbed me. The first thing I did was run back to the shop out of shock I was crying devastated asking where is Gugu the Supervise told me Gugu does work in that store she works in Charlton centre as asked if I can make a call as I have nothing on me I even asked to call the bank the store manager (Ellan I speak under correction) as well as supervise ( Margaret) said they can’t help me and asked security to put me out, I lost R5000.00as a result of not even been given the chance to call the bank after I asked, I never felt so low and humiliated in my life the way the staff from Pep treated me I’m a customer and that’s how they treated me, I’m sure it not the first time this happened as they showed no remorse for a client, PEP store I’m taking to you back to your customer policy and I want justice for what happened to me in your store by your workers.

I am writing this complaint of the poor service I received from your company yesterday 28 May 2019. I shopped at PEP clothing in New Springs Mall between 13:30 and 14:00. As I was standing in the queue, a cashier with a name tag Ntombifuthi Sibiya at the Cell phone counter signaled to cashiers at the counter across the shop and said “I’m back “, not sure if she was from lunch or what? One of the ladies advised us/customers to go and pay at the cell phone counter because the queue was long. With excitement I walked to the cell phone counter because I was last in the queue, on duty, in a hurry to go back to work. As I was approaching the counter Ntombifuthi Sibiya started screaming and said” I’m back but did not ask you to send people to me”. You could see this was coming from an annoyed heart plus attitude. She told me I’ll have wait she is still busy, taking her time until I decided to go back to that long queue which was now longer that before. A minute after, I turned to look if she was still busy, Yes, She was now serving other customer if not a friend. She is loud, rude with I don’t care attitude, popping a huge chewing gum, two three minutes after, She left the counter to the counter across the shop, screaming and confronting the other colleague, very loud, typical township girl without decency. I trust this is not the way PEP wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I’m always at PEP, there is no way I can go to any of the malls and go back home without shopping at PEP, I buy clothes for my family at PEP, as we speak I have a lay buy with PEP, in fact its lay buy after lay buy if not cash. Good morning I bought 2 phones at new market pep store Albert on in gauteng for my employees I'm a business women who working hard to grow her business that why I bought phones for my employees from pep on the 19th April 2019, the phones are not working, the network is a problem, the battery does not get full at all meaning it does not help me, when I took them back today they are saying they should take them for repairs I should wait 4 weeks meaning my business should suffers for four weeks. Im saying to them I don't need this product I want to buy another one still they are refusing to help. If pep store is going to frustrate the consumers I don't think is fear. I left the two phones in their shop because they are not going to help me and my business. This is not good for pep store business. Can I please ask someone to attend to my matter. I went to pep for shop , after paying some lady there follow me up til the door . Grap my handbag with out my permission and search it. I was so shock. There we got a few words and she insult me by saying voetsek.in my whole life i've never experience such behaviour. I treaten her to report her to the Area manager . She laugh at me and say u can go. It seems to me she ve got alot of power.Until know the area manager just buy me with stories. And even tell me what they will do to her is confidential. Am so disappointed. But i will not leave this story. She hurt me and humiliated me infront of people i dnt no. Its Pep home Otjiwarongo. And tell me not to put my food there again. She treat me like cabbage. I bought a smart phone it was got a battery problem when i told them that the battery got a problem they say i must bring the phone so that they can check it .after they checked they sad the phone got no problem an the manager for pep refuse to help me. she sad she cant do nothing because she can lost her job by helping me the av sad ineed all my money because the phone got a problem before it end the guarantee . I can totally relate to your frustration, I bought a cellphone from PEP and there was no network connection, phone could not read the SIM. After purchasing a 2nd SIM they told me I should have returned the cellphone within 7 days so it must go for repairs. 3 weeks later, the phone came back from repairs with the same error and they “can’t do anything”!!!!!!

I'm not happy at all with the customer service level Im experiencing through pep cellular repairs, my phone was sent for repairs in 20 Sep 2018 till now its April 2019, I've been going to pep clothing to do follow-up, but the repair department have been saying that the parts are haven't found now its a 7th month my phone hasn't been delivered, and worst thing that also called repair department spoke with one of consultant but the lied saying that pep clothing haven't done checkup, have such offering poor service, how long should I wait cause this its damaging your company reputation and image, cause you have failed to keep your warranties and repairs procedures and promises.

Yesterday the 28 february 2019 as we needed cashback we had to first buy airtime then de total wa 509 bt later we realised we where robbed 500 because pep took 1009.80 cent from the account the rudeness we got this morning at veereniging pep today is beyond.and we where told that there is nothing they can do.we still have bank notification and pep receipt showing everything. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in the service I received from the manager at Pep Home in Claremont, Cavendish Square. What aspired was that while walking my handbag accidentally hit against two glasses and it fell and broke. A person who I then thought was a worker came and asked me whether I was ok. I said yes, but I will pay for the glasses and she responded THAT I do not have to. This person wss dressed in green but was accompanied by someone who wore a blue Pep Shirt. They then left off and I thought they would attend to the matter so I went about doing my shopping. I was two rows away from the incident when the manager confronted me and asked whether I was the person who broke the glass. I explained that ut was only an accident and said I am prepared to pay for the glasses. She then said in a very harsh tone that it igs not necessary and should've came to the front to report the incident and apologise. I explained to her that I did apologise and was under the intention that the staff attended to the matter. She asked me who had been at the scene. I explained to her it was one of the person's dressed in a blue pep shirt and another in green. She went at me for thinking the person in green works at Pep. I explained to her that I thought so, because she was accompanied by the person in blue and was the one doing the talking. She eventually got the worker and the worker said that she never heard me apologise, because she was simply passing by when the incident happened. I explained that I thought she attended to the matter and she said that she did, which is why she went to the front to get a scoop and that is when the manager asked her who is the customer that broke the glass. I feel completely victimized for having caused something accidentally. Futher more she was still accusing me of lieing for having apologised and when I said I would take up the matter with head office her attitude was one of sarcasm. Mistakes are part of being humane it is saddening that as a loyal Pep Home customer I had this experience. It made me put down all the items I intended to buy and walk out. This is no way to treat a customer!! I look forward to hearing from the company as to what was done to adress this situation.

I reside in Lakefield Benoni and often shop at Pep Westwood. Sunday 03.02.2019 was no exeption. I have NEVER come across more rude, obnoxious and unfriendly staff in my entire life!!!!!! Of the 4 paypoints only 2 was working and the 2 ladies at the paypoints was so busy talking to each other and their friends totally ignoring the customers. When they do shout next and you get to the till they dont even greet she rings up my goods as if it is a major effort and issue handing me my packet and change without thanking you NOTHING. I buy at the Westwood Pep on a regular basis and NEVER has any of the staff been friendly and helpfull. The security guard follows you like you are going empty the store and make you feel soooooo uncomfortable. I have decided i dont care WHAT PEP has on special and how nice it is I will NEVER support PEP again!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im still shocked about what happened to us complaining at Magaliesburg Pep stores about instollation of dishes that a case of intimidation was then opened against us. I ve never expirienced such before and im wondering why when a customer complains instead of dealing with the matter the store manager decided to open a case. The manager of Magaliesburg Pep store is very rude and she doesnt care about peoples complains.As police came to my placa my daughter who is 7years old ran upstairs because she was worried about what is going to happen to me i have laid a complain with your customer service but still no solution.Imagine if i have a criminal record because of complaining at Magaliesburg Pep store. I'm rating this Manager a 0. Good Afternoon, I'm so disgusted by the way your Manager handled my issue at the PEP on Van Riebeck Rd 0495 on the 17/01/2019 at 16:50. I was assisted by Khethwa because that's what my slip says for the other bag I bought. Upon arriving at the store I went straight to the teller to see if I could return 2 bags I bought on the 8/01/2019. The one was torn and the other strap was off. The lady at the till was very helpful so after asking me for my particulars she assists with finding different bags which were more but I was prepared to pay the difference. Then she asked for an override. The Manager arrived at the till and assessed 1 of the bags then spoke in Zulu to the lady on the till. She did not for a second behave like a Manager. So at this point I'm confused because the line is getting longer and the so called Manager is not Managing the situation. PEP might not offer refunds as most stores do but approach is key. She ended up voiding the transaction and she actually looked like she was ready to discuss my issue with the next customer. I did say I was rather going to write to Head Office and her response with attitude was that's a good idea because they can she's not. The reason why I went to that PEP was because I have had countless issues at the one in Van Riebeck Mall. The staff there are not trained and have no idea what they doing. You guys lost of R1200 with one of my purchases there and items on different occasions which were not wrung up ( that for me was too much for my brain) It's clear with the amount of complaints that there's either no skill or experience required to work at your stores. I would like the bags to be looked at so if someone from Head Office can assist because it's clear the Team below are unable to solve problems. I am seriously hoping that there is hope for PEP because it's a go to store. I shop everywhere and never had to deal with such incompetence. I am extremely disappointed by the service I got at Pep stores Princess crossing Roodepoort. On the 8th of january 2019 I went to pep stores to buy uniform and stationary for my son.the system went of when my card was inside the transaction machine...when I checked my balance it said I've purchased the things at pep...but the cashier said according to them the transaction didn't go through...I showed her the message but she insisted I swipe my card again...saying if I paid twice it will reverse within hours...which no reversal happened...I waited for two days before going back to the shop...they wanted to see my bank statement which I provided...but up to now no one calls me to find out if I got the money back or not...its very frustrating to suffer like this for the fault which was caused by the employees of pep...even the manager I spoke to never made any initiative to get back to me...I tried calling the call center for assistance but no one picks up the phone...I later called the head office, a lady took my detailson saying she will write an email to call centre to call me back which that hasnt happened...im very fustrated by pep service. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK....SAD THOZAMA

I tried to get an e-mail adress for Pep, but the webpage may have a problem. I went to the new Pep Home near the Pick&Pay Centre in Klerksdorp, North West. 😅😅😅 that's pep for you I've just been at Pep home in Westgate Mall (roodepoort )Constance Mofokeng was on the till with not even a smile, I asked her perform a money transfer for me and I took out the money put it on the counter while I was trying to take out my I'D document she was so rude and busy asking for it I told her I'm taking it out she told me to wait on the side She was so impatient that I refused to stand on the side I gave her the I'd she, even when she asked for my telephone number she was just cheeky I showed her the numbers on the side of my I'd she told me I didn't show it to her from the first place this lady was so impatient with me and yet the was no que only one lady that was behind who also came during the my transaction not simultaneously with me so you would realise that Pep lacks profession since while I was standing in front of her she was talking to a customer and her colleagues as if I wasn't there. If they thought they were the cheapest in town and customers would bear with their stinking attitude they must know theres a lot of competition out there. Their ratings is extremely poor

Gooday i went to Pep store in Krugersdorp , i never experience such a bad service like i had today & i will never buy at pep store anymore i bought a memory card 32gbyte i was assisted by the lady called Bonolo, i than asked bonolo to help me to put the memory card inside the phone & see if it works, the other 3 ladies ladies Lee Ann, Stefina, & Moyahabo were busy giggling &clapping hands on the other till. the que started getting long as only Bonolo was assisting clients, customers started to complain about standing toolong without being helped, one lady tell Bonolo to help other customers she will come back to me when she is done, i said to the lady , i am also a customer, i do not have the whole day to stand & wait fo Bonolo to finish with customers who came after me, she must finish wit me first before she help others, i than asked why other consultant aint they serving clients she than said others had cash up so Bonolo is left alone on the till, i asked, why cant one of you help me since Bonolo cannot as she is the only one left on the till , they ignored me & continue giggling, i than suggested to be refunded my money back & go buy elsewhere., one lady responded with an attitude n said, wait for Bonolo to finish with clients she wil give your money back ,i am very dissapointed that some companies still have people like this failing to manage cusomer service & company standard, lacking of motivational & communication skills in concern of product/ service. i trust you will give this matter urgent attention& i would be greatful for your prompt reply Regards Ayanda

I'm unhappy because I shop at pep but win nothing my points is just taken at pick n pay you earn points that you can shop with you earn cash back and vouchers all customers gain something but not with pep I won a voucher it's a month but they verifying winners braai day was last month, really pathetic

I experienced the worst service ever from pep home store next to Rage and it’s in between the furniture shop didn't get the shop number....(The Xhosa guy)security guy as he didn't a name tag he closed the door at 16:50 however the time stated outside the shop 09:000-17:00 he didn't want to open the door i got in cause other people were going out he help my hand as he wanted to keep me out he swore at me said piss off(Futsek) and called me by girl as if I'm his child or girlfriend he was rude and his so called service was appalling ,disgusting ,rude and not worth it at all...I got and his colleges the lady also entertain his madness as they let him close doors before time asked if they had magnolia oil lady just said no not even offered to check with other branches if they had. If i was white all those who were on duty yesterday they would had tip toed around me blacks towards blacks is the worst they had no respect for me at all and didn't care that i wants 10 of those bottle.

- Pep stores Sutherland - Very poor service... im actually very disappointed!! There's only one lady working her behind of the rest of the staff are constantly either smoking, hanging with the manager in the office or taking pictures or their standing outside... the shop is dirty and clothes don't hang neatly!! I'm sorry but from Management to service... pathetic!! The one friendly face are the reason the clients return...!! The customer service can be excused but the cleanliness of the shop? Thats inexcusable!*

bought a HD dstv decoder at Pep in Burgersdorp and had it connected by a qualified installer and only to have it give a parent lock error and was frozen on 09.September we phoned Dstv and operator said we should return it as it was faulty .off we went back to Pep where the Manager refused to replace the decoder as she stated that the box was open and that a installer had to connect . 1. we replied who is Peps installer as we had a registered installer 2. a customer who was in the shop had the same experience with a decoder and it was replaced why don't they treat all the customers the same then my cell no is 0716841586 if head office wish to contact me

please helpppp with pep home bronkhorstspruits, radio that is ALWAYS OFF friquency . the rest in the store is soooo goood. staff included. please get some of those big glass cake domes again that you once had in pep home witbank please stock some large round 2lt. water jugs again ..not the ones that all other stores keep.

My aunt Mrs Z S Mabena left her laptop together with other parcels in the parcel counter at Pep stores Kwaggafontein in Mpumalanga province. She was given the other parcels except for the laptop. She called and asked that they check and keep it safe for her, she will come and collect it. She went to collect the laptop but was told the laptop was not found. She engaged both the Pep store Kwaggafontein manager and the area manager. She also laid a charge with SAPS Kwaggafontein on the 05/09/2018 under Case 32/09/2018. To date she is still waiting retrieval of the footage for the date of the incident. How long does it take for the footage to be retrieved as it is almost a month now since the incident happened and she is using the laptop for her school work. Kindly intervene asap as the we believe that this matter might not have reach your attention. Kindest Regards Christinah Mabena.

I bought stylo f1 last year around november, there was a lot of problems about it, i returned it to the store around march this year, at the beginning of june, i came back, i was given a new phone, it never switched on, i returned it back after 2days,,now it came back again with different issues. Can i get my money back? Cz R900 is too much to the phone which always has problems.

On the 3rd august 2018 I bought a cellc summit in scottsville pmb. One of the features of the phone was a dual sim(3G+3G) but I got only one.l went back to the store on Saturday 04 august 2018 and they refuse to give me the other one.The supervisor by the name of Lungi told me they only give one the other one you buy. I have previously bought two phones with dual sim cards in the same store the latest in December 2016. May you please help because this is false advertisement, I'm expecting what is on the features of the phone.

Yesterday at 1230 I went to purchase a pep money card at pep bluff pick and pay centre. They couldn't help because their camera was offline. An hour later I went to pep Galleria. The q had 21 people in it and only one cashier serving. I then went upstairs to pep cell and they didn't have cards. Doesn't look like pep wants my business. This company has really deteriorated in the past few years.

this is soo tiring i've submitted a complain before but didn't get any reply, I bought a mobicell plum tablet at west gate pep cell same day I found a problem with the SD slot and speaker the other person couldn't hear me without earphones went to the store didn't get help or even exchange they claim its my fault.within 5months buying the phone it went blank I don't have a phone even now, went to the store got booked didn't even get an update about the phone when I went to check they said they won't fix it,it has been opened before by who am I a technician?? please fix this mess I want my money back don't want any phone from you its hard for you to refund but you sell us damaged goods

Iam in a queue now at cloverdene pep the is only 1 cashier in a very long queue the other staff busy going up and down they don't care this is very bad,queueing for 30minutes just because the is only 1 cashier would understand if the is 3 or 3 they are busy but this time they just going around doing nothing but didn't care about the customers,poor service serious

I went to pepstores markpark in vereeniging to deposit money and the cashier helping me was so rude when she gave me the speedpoint to enter the pin she jst threw it at me without saying anything i then asked her why doesnt she ask me to enter the pin she said there is no need because im familiar with the process and then she threw my money at me and said the money transfare is offline and then i went at another pepstores and then i got helped, what suprises me with the pepstores is that there is no complaints department let alone an email adress for the head office, pep stores is a big company and we love it but we are really mistreated even by the managers the staff of pepstores especially around vereeniging and sebokeng have such bad attitude please try and hire white managers please please

My husband bought a pep plus token for R200 at pep but when we recharge it said R147 and we we surprised what happen to the rest.and went to pep for help but they were very rude they told us to go to absa they can't help us.and every time when we experience a problem that staff gives us a rude attitude they always tell us their phone is not working we must phone ourselfs

I was at pep Evander in mpumalanga wanted to do exchange I was told about doing an avidaffit at police station because I don't have a slip as I told them that I'm from limpopo I bought some other things and exchanged n they took my slip there. So pls fix my problem as the time I use my money I didn't wrote an affidavit but was difficult to change

I opened pep money saving account also deposited 1000 at the same day, when I want to use my money there was no money in my account, I went straight to pep for explanation they told me I haven't activate my tokens, I was surprised because it was the first time they told about tokens no one bothers to explains about tokens before, they should have told me as a new member now I lost I 1000, they said there's no reprint of tokens

U advertise a pep money card. But to open the savings account,I must go to absa to fica. U have an in house fica service. If I wanted to open an absa account,I would go to absa. U can fica in house and forward the relevant info to absa if it is wanted. Pls reply with a logical answer. My number is 072 452 7777. I have never experienced this i saw the price r24.99 and at the till its scans r14.99 as a customer i thought I am going to get it for r14.99 to my surprise they overwrite the price back to r24.99 I was so furious I told them if the price is cheaper at the till then on the label the customer gains because the is the price your head office gave it not customer fault they haven't changed their prices now you must more coz that's what you saw they have been robbing all along I'm very disappointed with pep store i end up leaving that item because if your head office mark it down why should the customer pay more because the staff didn't do their work if that what they head office thought them it's bull shit coz i know retail I work for retail and if the price is high on the item but low on the till then the customer pays what on the till not the other way around fix this issue if all customers should see that they will fight come what may stop robbing us pls

Brentwood park shopping centre in benoni jhb pep branch is unaware how to check on the system to enter a customers details for capfin loan approval. Its being advertised on radio stations to take 3 months bank statement and id to any pep store to see if you qualify for a capfin loan but the cashier yesterday refused to take my bank statement and check, enter my details. She said I must phone capfin myself and give them my details and they will tell me if I qualify then come to pep and register and apply. But I went to east rand mall pep in boksburg and had the most amazing service. They assisted me immediately. Took my 3 months bank statement entered my details onto the system and gave me a little slip confirming they have sent my application for loan approval to capfin and that capfin will sms or call to let me know what amount I qualify for. Brentwood branch benoni was also terrible service. When I asked for a xl size shirt. The floor assistant staff said I must go check myself. I explained to her I can't reach therefore I need her help then she just passed me arrogantly and walked away. I would like to know who will be addressing this poor service of their store. It's shocking that it's being advertised over about 3 radio stations but this branch is unaware about capfin loan approval procedure

Am unhappy with the service I got from pep as I hav purchased a phone last year October and it gave me problems from day one and I took it back to the store and when it came back I didn't even use it for 3 months and it went dead on me and now I'm told to either pay or buy another one It means this phone was damaged goods from the 1st place I won't be buying a new phone nor taking my old one back till this matter is resolved and I get my money back or given a new phone

I am not happy at all.yasterday at 09h51 I bought a 250.00 flash token airtime at pephome store in sebokeng thabong mall .I then lost the token before loading it to the device to sell airtime at my spaza shop. After 3 hours when I return to the store to request a reprint of the token I was told that their system does not allow them to do the reprint. Late yasterday I called the help desk but they failed to help me.they told me to call the customer care line it was already late and they don't work during weekend I will wait for monday to hear what the customer care dept will say .the store number is 5632 in sebokeng

My visit at pep Westwood mall Durban was the worst so far ....very disappointed with staff attitude and service ...having only 1 casher and a long queue of customers waiting....while other staff just walk around doing there own thing , showing no interest what so ever .and when asked for help regarding a product u are even shown more attitude...can't even help to call another store regarding a product size ..cos apparently they don't have the numbers

Pep Central park branch in Bloemfontein. I was so disappointed while making a lay bye the cashier's attitude was very bad as the cue was too long and only 1 till is open.I gave her my club member card to scan but she did not, when I'm asking her she told me that she forgot I will scan it when I come to pay or release my lay bye. After a month I came to take out my lay bye and was assisted by another cashier when I give her my club member card she told me that I should have been given the cashier who started my lay bye the system does not allow her to scan it as it was supposed to be done on the beginning of the transection. I explained what the cashier said but she told me that she cannot help me.I ended up loosing my point of R1650.00 .

Pep in Bloemfontein (Kenilworth) was so dissapoited when i wanted to make a laybye. I was told that the number of items i wanted to place on laybye will require for them to pack in a small plastic and this will lead to loss in their store. They said if i want to make laybye, it has to be in a big plastic (visible). I then left, but asked about other 2 pep stores and they were surprised to hear this. Another staff member said i'm not the first person to complain.

Good morning, I just would like to tell you that our little Pep Store in Graskop, Mpumalanga have the most wonderful staff. Always ready to help. I'm an older youth (74) and walking with a stick and when there is to many customers in a queue then a staff member will always help me to be next in line after consulting the other customers. Lovely people. BUT shopping at Pep Store for many. many years, (I have clothes that is over 25+ yrs old that I'm still wearing) the quality nowadays is really not up to standard and prices is just going up. Will you please attend to it, remember you are serving a community, specially the elderly. Thanks for the opportunity to write to you. Alet.
