Review about Pep Stores - Head Office, Cape Town

I am disappointed in Pep Stores and Paxi. They lost my parcel. Parcel was received by Pepcell (Boxer Centre)Lady Frere on the 7th of Feb 2022. Reported lost by the store on 14th Feb 2022 after my mom visited them on the 12th of Feb 2022 and they say that they parcel was not found. To date, I have not received my parcel nor have I been fully refunded for my parcel and the courier fees. Now, they tell me about a service (insurance) which they have never told me about eversince I have been using the service in 2021. I have been to a minimum 3 different branches and not a single cashier informed me of the insurance, a service which was added after the July Unrests in KZN and Gauteng provinces
