I recently purchased a phone at the Pep store in Cresta Mall on 12/06/2023. Unfortunately, the speaker stopped working approximately 2 weeks later. When I returned the phone to the store, I was told that it would take 4-6 weeks to fix it. This is unacceptable as a phone is a necessity and repairs should take less time. The store’s policy of only offering a replacement within 7 days is not responsible. I am requesting that the repairs be done sooner than 4-6 weeks or that I receive a new phone.
