• If you have already claimed your listing: Go to your company profile and click the 'REPORT INCORRECT DATA' button. From the dropdown list, choose 'EDIT YOUR PAGE'. Use the email and password you set when you registered or claimed your listing. If you've forgotten your login details, simply use the 'Forgot Password?' button and follow the prompts.

When you use the 'Report incorrect data' feature on your company profile to request modifications, the information you submit goes through an approval process. One of our employees reviews the updated details before they are published online. If your changes aren't visible, it simply means this approval process hasn't been completed yet.

To remove your company from Cylex Local Search, go to your company profile and click the 'REPORT INCORRECT DATA' button. From the dropdown list, select 'Remove Listing'. Fill in the required fields, and our team will review your request. Once approved, your business information will be removed from our directory. Please note that only Cylex staff can complete the deletion process.

The map location is automatically linked to a company’s address using software. Sometimes, due to similar street names or if a road is missing from the map, the system might display an incorrect location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Suppose you notice that your location is inaccurate. In that case, you can easily correct it by signing in to your account, going to your business dashboard, and selecting “Set map position” from the menu. Then, drag the red marker to the correct spot and save your changes.

Sign in to your user account using the button in the upper right corner of the page. From the side menu, select “Edit User Profile” to update your details. In your user dashboard, see the reviews you’ve written, and add companies to manage.

Sign in to your user account, then select “Edit User Profile” from the side menu. Click on “Delete User Profile” and enter your deletion request there. To get started, you need to download the official Cylex sample XLSX template. Fill it out carefully with your business data, ensuring you follow the guidelines, and then upload it.

• Always use the official Cylex sample file provided.
• Do not rename, add, or remove any columns. Any extra columns will be ignored during import. Always keep the original column structure intact.
• The sample file includes example entries. Please delete all sample examples before adding your own data to avoid upload errors.

The following fields must be completed for each listing:

• Action
• File Entry ID
• Business Name
• Address Line 1
• City
• Country Code
• Main Phone
• Categories
• Keywords

The 'Action' field tells us what specific action to take for that entry:

• Leave it empty: To add a new listing or update an existing one, leave this field blank.
• Add "cancel": If you no longer want to use or pay for bulk services for a listing, write cancel. This stops the connection between your listing and Cylex.
• Add "inactive": If the business location has closed or the person has retired, write inactive. We will then mark the listing as closed in our directory.

The File Entry ID is a mandatory, manually created, unique identifier assigned to each listing:

• Unique within the same file—duplicate IDs are not allowed.
• Consistently reused when updating an existing listing.
• Never reassigned to a different business—doing so may cause incorrect merges.

To avoid errors, always use the same File Entry ID for the same business across all future uploads. Each new upload replaces previous data for that listing.

Allowed Characters: Uppercase letters (A–Z), digits (0–9), dash (-).

For subscriptions such as Premium Profiles, or other digital services:

• Refunds apply only to future billing periods
• The current billing cycle (monthly or yearly) is non-refundable, even if the service is not used
• To avoid being charged again, you must cancel before the next renewal date

Example – Monthly:

If your subscription renews on the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 5th, it will stay active until the end of the month. You won’t be refunded for the current month, but you also won’t be billed again.

Example – Yearly:

If your yearly plan renews on January 1st and you cancel on January 10th, it remains active until December 31st. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the year.
