Good evening Patricia, I am a very disappointed client of yours. I brought a stylo handset in on the 19th of December 2018 I only took the mobile handset out its original packaging this evening. This handset is not charging how can pep sell Mobile handset to the public that isn't even working. I either want my money back or a new mobile handset. Hope to hear from you soon. Regards, Marjan
