I am absolutely disgusted in the service from one of the staff/workers at Rosehill Mall Pep stores in Port Alfred eastern cape. I purchased a cell phone (without an ID) they said it was fine and I was appreciative. Two hours later I returned the phone and asked for a refund as the phone was lagging and freezing. The woman bluntly refused saying I was returning it for other reasons and that said she couldn't help. When I pointed out that the return policy stated I could return a faulty phone within seven days of purchase, she called the manager. I was the told that i would need to produce an ID to exchange the phone. Please rectify this as I will not leave it. I want a refund and an apology from the staff member (Vee) for treating a LOYAL pep stores customer with such disrespect and neglect. Unacceptable
