Review about Pep Stores - Head Office, Cape Town

😅😅😅 that's pep for you I've just been at Pep home in Westgate Mall (roodepoort )Constance Mofokeng was on the till with not even a smile, I asked her perform a money transfer for me and I took out the money put it on the counter while I was trying to take out my I'D document she was so rude and busy asking for it I told her I'm taking it out she told me to wait on the side She was so impatient that I refused to stand on the side I gave her the I'd she, even when she asked for my telephone number she was just cheeky I showed her the numbers on the side of my I'd she told me I didn't show it to her from the first place this lady was so impatient with me and yet the was no que only one lady that was behind who also came during the my transaction not simultaneously with me so you would realise that Pep lacks profession since while I was standing in front of her she was talking to a customer and her colleagues as if I wasn't there. If they thought they were the cheapest in town and customers would bear with their stinking attitude they must know theres a lot of competition out there. Their ratings is extremely poor

Gooday i went to Pep store in Krugersdorp , i never experience such a bad service like i had today & i will never buy at pep store anymore i bought a memory card 32gbyte i was assisted by the lady called Bonolo, i than asked bonolo to help me to put the memory card inside the phone & see if it works, the other 3 ladies ladies Lee Ann, Stefina, & Moyahabo were busy giggling &clapping hands on the other till. the que started getting long as only Bonolo was assisting clients, customers started to complain about standing toolong without being helped, one lady tell Bonolo to help other customers she will come back to me when she is done, i said to the lady , i am also a customer, i do not have the whole day to stand & wait fo Bonolo to finish with customers who came after me, she must finish wit me first before she help others, i than asked why other consultant aint they serving clients she than said others had cash up so Bonolo is left alone on the till, i asked, why cant one of you help me since Bonolo cannot as she is the only one left on the till , they ignored me & continue giggling, i than suggested to be refunded my money back & go buy elsewhere., one lady responded with an attitude n said, wait for Bonolo to finish with clients she wil give your money back ,i am very dissapointed that some companies still have people like this failing to manage cusomer service & company standard, lacking of motivational & communication skills in concern of product/ service. i trust you will give this matter urgent attention& i would be greatful for your prompt reply Regards Ayanda
