Someone opened an account using my mom's details. She went to pep store Delareyville to report this and she was told that she needs to make an affidavits, bring the certified ID copy to the store, she did just that but today when she goes to the store no one is attending to her. Mom has been to the store in the morning until now and everyone is ignoring her even the manager.... Head office number is not going through...
