This are the most pathetic service ever we have been struggling for more than a year to cancel contracts that my wife did not approve we asked for recordings and nothing was given there were 8 contracts on her name and she paid almost 3300 a month they credited her with only 12000 and then send her an account of 15000 after a statement was send that she do not own Vodacom any money now they phone us every day and as soon as they get pushed with questions they throw the phone down. It is the most incompetent people working in the accounts department. on the 21/11/2023 8:20 Victor phoned and he put the phone down in my ear. On the 23/11/2023 Lefu phoned at 8:59 and put the phone down in my ear. On the 24/11/2023 Gladys phoned at 8:07 and put the phone down in my ear. This whole fraud case started in 2018 already. my wife never realized it till late last year please get someone that is competent in the departments it seems the current people need training on how to do there work. i have all correspondents since we started and even record the conversations but useless to say nothing is getting done about this matter

Vodacom is pateties. Ek wag al 3 weke vir 'n tablet, die tablet is daar maar geen routers in voorraad nie. Ek skakel Vodashop Flamwood Walk Klerksdorp, hulle tel net op en sit telefoon langs hul neer ek hou aan vir 45min hoe pateties kan dit nie wees nie. Ek skakel customer care, hulle kan my nie help nie ek moet op my vodacom complaint insit ek het dit alreeds 5 dae terug gedoen waar hulle sê hulle sal my antwoord binne 24 uur. Ek wag vir 5 dae en ek wag nog steeds.

Absolutely shocking!! Cannot get through to ANYONE who can make a decision. Not marketing, not corporate affairs, no-one other than call centre operators who cannot make a decision and you bounce between Customer Care and Subscriber Collections!! Ludicrous!! No-one answers the so called Head Office Switchboard on 011 653 5000 either. You land up at customer care and so round and round you go!!

It's been 2 weeks now my new contract phone don't have network since I received the package written "Rica required" when I call the call center told me will be active after 24 since my profile was not updated. Poor service at Vodacom I regret for taking contract on them they are useless

Review??? YOU CANNOT EVEN REACH THEM VIA THEIR SO CALLED NUMBERS AND I LIVE IN HOPETOWN AND WE LOSE SIGNAL EVERY SECOND DAY AND IF AND WHEN THERE ARE LOADSHEDDING OR A POWER LOSS THERE IS NO SIGNAL AND NOBODY AT VODACOM GIVES A DAMM ABOUT IT CAUSE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS WAS LAUNCHED AND NOBODY AT VODACOM HAS DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT

Ridiculous service from the upgrades department

I have had my contract with vodacom for the past 10 years, but the service i have received in these past 3 weeks just for an upgrade has been ludicrous!. I am on the verge of cancelling my account, the funniest thing is the suggestion to do that came from the 'very competent and efficient' call centre agents in the upgrades department. they clearly do not need me as a customer anymore so i guess that goes for everyone that i know who is also a vodacom contract holder. complaints are a joke no one phones you to follow up on whatever complaint that you log. Someone finally assisted me from the retentions department, my phone was supposed to have been delivered yesterday (19/08) since i had a call to confirm the date and address for the delivery. Only to have their 'competent' upgrades call centre staff tell me that the order has been returned since no one was there to receive it and that i did not answer my call meanwhile no one has phoned exceptt for the confirmation. This is the worst service i have had with vodacom. what is the upgrades department for do not promise what you cannot deliver!

I have just purchased a brand new cell phone after a smash and grab from your vodaphone shop in Craighall. Within the first month the phone basically bombed out. I went back to your vodaphone shop in Craighall today and basically got shouted at by R** the manager telling me "they couldn't help me as I'm on a cell C contract and I MUST GET OUT HER SHOP!" I have just purchased the phone brand new from vodaphone in Craighall and clearly they sold me a faulty phone. I was on cell C when I purchased the phone. I will make sure that none of my family, friends, collegues ever set foot in that shop again! I have never been shouted at like that in my life. And there was another customer in the shop she was also yelling at. Please could you contact me on 084 742 6657, as your head office doesn't seem to work either

I also received a bad service @ vall mall since from 15:30 waiting for the sales agent to call me he promised to call me back in 2 minutes but 1hr15min gone then i called again the same thing happen till they knocked off promising to call me back.


damage new phone

I had my phone for 4mnths send it in for repairs. I got it back damage. I am not very very happy with it!! the vodashop in witbank don't know how to look after customers cellphones. I reported it inmediatelly and waited almost 2weeks for an answer.at the end I had to phone the shop.then Yolanda ask me if I send in my phone for her to see.i told her she said she wanted pictures and we did send the pictures.so I gave in my phone last week Saturday and they only received my phone today, Friday,14th.i went to hello peter and a lady from Vodacom phoned me and a day after that I send my phone in. Yolanda hasn't contacted me at all. I ask this week what is going on with my phone just to hear that my phone is in repair process.well its amazing because they only received my phone today!!! I really not very happy about this, my phone was 4mnths old before it was damage by your vodashop in witbank. Yolanda doesn't know how to work with customers and do her customers service. I want a new phone because of my phone only being 4mnths old and they damage my phone housing Vodacom not me!!why must I suffer? i want response because i am going Tuesday to the consumers right and the big newspapers about this!!because you pay 250.00 for the phone to be damage by Vodacom while you look good after your phone!!

unfair charges

Vodacom is unable or unwilling measure the consumed bandwidth at real time to lure unsuspected consumers into out of bandwidth rates and then charge them dearly. provide the promised service and fix your delinquent system, because this business practice is unethical. Leonard 082-9578839

i have received the worst service ever from vodacom and i never want to deal with them again.i dont even want this phone anymore because the staff are full of empty promises and lack product knowledge #sickface#

I am so impressed with the service from whom ever the holder of 0820096068 at Vodacom Lake side Mall is. I have been receiving up to date messages re the progress repair of my phone! Never - ever have I had service like that! Don't give him/her a Bell's - Give him/her the day off!

Please do not believe in vodacoms promises about their good service because there is nothing,only empty promises that you have to pay for.
