Review about Vodacom - Head Office, Halfway House

I had my phone for 4mnths send it in for repairs. I got it back damage. I am not very very happy with it!! the vodashop in witbank don't know how to look after customers cellphones. I reported it inmediatelly and waited almost 2weeks for an answer.at the end I had to phone the shop.then Yolanda ask me if I send in my phone for her to see.i told her she said she wanted pictures and we did send the pictures.so I gave in my phone last week Saturday and they only received my phone today, Friday,14th.i went to hello peter and a lady from Vodacom phoned me and a day after that I send my phone in. Yolanda hasn't contacted me at all. I ask this week what is going on with my phone just to hear that my phone is in repair process.well its amazing because they only received my phone today!!! I really not very happy about this, my phone was 4mnths old before it was damage by your vodashop in witbank. Yolanda doesn't know how to work with customers and do her customers service. I want a new phone because of my phone only being 4mnths old and they damage my phone housing Vodacom not me!!why must I suffer? i want response because i am going Tuesday to the consumers right and the big newspapers about this!!because you pay 250.00 for the phone to be damage by Vodacom while you look good after your phone!!
