Review about Vodacom - Head Office, Halfway House
I have had my contract with vodacom for the past 10 years, but the service i have received in these past 3 weeks just for an upgrade has been ludicrous!. I am on the verge of cancelling my account, the funniest thing is the suggestion to do that came from the 'very competent and efficient' call centre agents in the upgrades department. they clearly do not need me as a customer anymore so i guess that goes for everyone that i know who is also a vodacom contract holder. complaints are a joke no one phones you to follow up on whatever complaint that you log. Someone finally assisted me from the retentions department, my phone was supposed to have been delivered yesterday (19/08) since i had a call to confirm the date and address for the delivery. Only to have their 'competent' upgrades call centre staff tell me that the order has been returned since no one was there to receive it and that i did not answer my call meanwhile no one has phoned exceptt for the confirmation. This is the worst service i have had with vodacom. what is the upgrades department for do not promise what you cannot deliver!
