worst wifi SP i’ve ever dealt with, recent events - wifi can’t even stay up for more than 20 minutes and if so, it’s the slowest connection ever , weakest towers , it would
literally rain for a second and the wifi would go down with a following message that the team is sorry and identifies the issue, will fix soon - just a lie because no matter when or how it will always be down with the smallest bit of weather change, waste of time and money

Beyond poor! 80% of the time you will not have internet at all, or have intermittent issues.
The do not have a stable backup during loadshedding, if there’s loadshedding their batteries run out, whether you have an ups or inverter you will not have internet.
You call their offices with little to no help. Do not waste your money, do not do business with these people. All their reviews are negative because they do not provide the service they are supporting to be providing. You are better off with Rain even!!!
Probably the worst experience with wifi that I’ve had, at times no calls are answered and the wifi goes down at the most inconvenient times with poor recovery periods

The support was fantastic when we resided in Roodepoort. The tables changed when we relocated to Midrand. I can't even explain the level of poor service we have received since we did our application. we waited for weeks for them to come and do the installations. one arrogant installer finally came but did not connect to the internet. they said we will get a call. We have been waiting for that call since mid-Feb. when we are calling them, the department that is supposed to assist us has already left the office (at 3 pm), and these people are not working on weekends. they don't even consider that most of their clients are not at home during their office hours. yhuuuu i am soooooo disappointed

Beyond excellent service! After moving my business, and being messed around by two ISPs, Screamer Telecoms got me online and active very quickly! Highly recommend them, from the initial request right through to configuration. Very happy with the service received. Keep it up, guys. You will have me as a loyal client for a very long time

Screamer have given me a run around since my application was approved on the 27 November . Nothing happened in December . January 2023 , fibre was installed but Screamer couldn’t activate the line . They blamed their third party partner . Finally , on 8th Feb my internet was connected . It only lasted 5 days . During the 5 day activation period , I received my prorata bill together with my UPS account . This was thankfully reversed. I was eventually forced to cancel the application because they were clearly not up to speed in my area and couldn’t deliver. To add insult to injury , I finally received my cancellation letter ….. services end 31 March 2023 . Which means , I can’t connect to any other ISP until they release my line . I’m furious ! I’ve wasted precious time trying to sort the matter out but they still have the upper hand . Is this not spiteful?

Most professional and reliable service provider.
I had endless issues with my previous provider, continuous downtime, and no backup during load shedding. I was referred to Screamer by a colleague and can say that I am thoroughly satisfied, have a brilliant support structure, and very professional staff who go the extra mile. Definitely one of the best moves I've made.

I have been a Screamer Client for the last 18 months and while others in the area complain about the downtime of their providers, 99% of the time we are still connected.
Speeds are consistent and the line is stable, which is critical, as we are using it for our small business. I would recommend Screamer to anyone who wants to enjoy top-class service!

I am very impressed with Screamer's Fast & sufficient service.
One moment I'm signing up. The next day I got a call to confirm the date and time for setup/installation.
Installation was done neat and very professional.
Getting my speed I am paying for. My internet stays on when we have load shedding which was what initially got my attention.

By far the best ISP I have come across.
I get the speed I signed up for, with no downtime or speed drops.
Very professional team from the reception right through to their sales, installations, and technical teams. The installation team was punctual, very knowledgeable and stayed in contact with me from the time the appointment was scheduled and installation was completed, even got a follow up call a week later to enquire about my satisfaction. I would rate all the staff involved, their processes and service a solid 10 out of 10.
Being a business owner any downtime is a huge issue for me, but I have not experienced any such problems on their network nor with the equipment installed.
The one after hour issue I had was met with quick response from the technical staff who was able to assist me over the phone…hassle-free.
As with all ISP's I am sure there are customers who have issues but I am certainly not one of them.
Keep up the good work Screamer. I will recommend anyone to try you out. Thank you.

From the first enquiry right through to installation, I was impressed by the fast response and high level of competence. My business connection was up and running in 2 days of ordering instead of waiting the usual 2 weeks. Neat installation, great service and follow ups to make sure everything was going smoothly. I have not been having internet for a good four days because of their technicians who said the fixed a fault that wasn't fixed and dragged their feet to do the rework. I liked the fiber internet until I encountered a problem and the service was horrible when I requested assistance.

Internet service went down,and when you call tech support they just acknowledge what you have told them, that Internet is down and cant help. I am canceling if there is no service by morning. They want their money in full but cant provide the service or at least discount the time their service is down. I left Rain coz of poor service now this

Since I joined Screamer a few months ago, I have had no issues with my connection and loving the fact that my line speed doesn’t drop mid-month when I reach an issue, great service always up & never down!!
If you have a query they respond with the quickness, definitely great value for money!!!

If you are a heavy user or a streamer, I would HIGHLY recommend these guys!
Their connection with is great with no line throttling and their pricing is great.
During all the load shedding, we hardly have any problems
Their lines are stable and reliable!
We can stream our 3 tvs and play our games without any hassles of buffering.

Firstly, the quality of service I have received from the Screamer team (from sales to installation and support) has been nothing but outstanding. I have an 8mbps connection with Screamer. 3 smart TV's 2 tv boxes, 3 cell phones and 3 laptops all running on my 8 mbps connection albeit not all running at the same time it is sometimes very close and I do not have any issues with connectivity or speed. I mean you expect to have some latency issues when connecting all the devices, but I really cannot complain. I totally disagree with these bad reviews as I can honestly say I have never experienced the type of service they say they have received. I have read a lot of service providers reviews before I signed up and Screamer seems to be the one with the most positive reviews in general.... I mean I have contact on the odd occasion on a Sunday and they have responded immediately. Big thanks for the excellent service Screamer team.

While it is disappointing to read the few bad reviews, they are by far the best internet provider I have used.
Don't just take my word for it - they have been been awarded the ISP Best Brand awards for a reason. There are no hidden soft caps or fair usage policies (line throttling) and they provide the speed you're paying for. Keep it up guys. I am happy

After reading numerous reviews on various sites, I decided to go with Screamer as they seemed to be the one with the least unhappy clients. I don’t regret my decision for one minute. My entire dealing with Screamer has been a most pleasurable experience, their customer service is excellent, very friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The experience dealing with them makes you feel like an appreciated client. I will recommend Screamer to anyone, looking for excellent reliable and affordable internet.

not very good phoned them a bunch of times about the weak internet im getting and they always say they will monitor the problem but they never fix it. i complained a bunch of times on there site but nobody came back to me and i always had to phone them , so glad our contract ended with them so we could look for a other wifi company

I moved to Screamer about 3 months ago due to their good reputation and pricing. Thus far I am impressed with their aftersales service. I had issue where the router was not connecting, I contacted their call centre at 21.37 Tuesday night and received immediate assistance The issue was resolved there and then. Thank you for the gentleman who helped me. Sorry I didn’t get his name.

The quality of service I have received Screamer Telecoms has been nothing but outstanding thus far. I have an 10meg connection. Have 3 smart TV's 2 tv boxes, 3 phones and my Laptop all running on my 10 meg connection and I don't have any issues with connectivity. I can honestly say I have never experienced the type of service from any other service provider. I have contacted some occasions past 9PM and have spoken to an agent who assisted immediately. So once again thanks for the excellent service.

Despite what some people think about screamer I have to disagree they go the extra mile for you where some companies will say you can't help now but we are open tomorrow at eight then phone again no screamer goes beyond to resolve if you have a problem love them and out of my experience with ISP and I had a few they are by far the best out there keep it up guys job well done

Please check this company's reviews on HelloPeter before joining. Their downtime is ridiculous and every issue takes 4hours to fix.
You will also find thry only responded to the comments that was in their favor the others they ignore.

Service is top notch. Stable and fast connection with no issues on streaming etc! I would highly suggest trying them first. I have tried a few companies but the struggle was endless. I am very happy with these guys. Keep it up.

Have been using Screamer Internet service provider for a few months and can attest to what others say about their service…their service is great!
I have great speeds to Netflix servers and downloading online games which maintains a consistent line speed that I paid for. Their pricing is very competitive and love their no throttling policy.
Overall, they are awesome!
