While it is disappointing to read the few bad reviews, they are by far the best internet provider I have used. Don't just take my word for it - they have been been awarded the ISP Best Brand awards for a reason. There are no hidden soft caps or fair usage policies (line throttling) and they provide the speed you're paying for. Keep it up guys. I am happy
