Screamer have given me a run around since my application was approved on the 27 November . Nothing happened in December . January 2023 , fibre was installed but Screamer couldn’t activate the line . They blamed their third party partner . Finally , on 8th Feb my internet was connected . It only lasted 5 days . During the 5 day activation period , I received my prorata bill together with my UPS account . This was thankfully reversed. I was eventually forced to cancel the application because they were clearly not up to speed in my area and couldn’t deliver. To add insult to injury , I finally received my cancellation letter ….. services end 31 March 2023 . Which means , I can’t connect to any other ISP until they release my line . I’m furious ! I’ve wasted precious time trying to sort the matter out but they still have the upper hand . Is this not spiteful?
Just wait untill something go wrong, sales are fantastic, support is non-existent
