By far the best ISP I have come across. I get the speed I signed up for, with no downtime or speed drops. Very professional team from the reception right through to their sales, installations, and technical teams. The installation team was punctual, very knowledgeable and stayed in contact with me from the time the appointment was scheduled and installation was completed, even got a follow up call a week later to enquire about my satisfaction. I would rate all the staff involved, their processes and service a solid 10 out of 10. Being a business owner any downtime is a huge issue for me, but I have not experienced any such problems on their network nor with the equipment installed. The one after hour issue I had was met with quick response from the technical staff who was able to assist me over the phone…hassle-free. As with all ISP's I am sure there are customers who have issues but I am certainly not one of them. Keep up the good work Screamer. I will recommend anyone to try you out. Thank you.
