The support was fantastic when we resided in Roodepoort. The tables changed when we relocated to Midrand. I can't even explain the level of poor service we have received since we did our application. we waited for weeks for them to come and do the installations. one arrogant installer finally came but did not connect to the internet. they said we will get a call. We have been waiting for that call since mid-Feb. when we are calling them, the department that is supposed to assist us has already left the office (at 3 pm), and these people are not working on weekends. they don't even consider that most of their clients are not at home during their office hours. yhuuuu i am soooooo disappointed
