Bought some cleaning stuff a week ago, had a complain as one of the items was not in a good condition at 1st used, unfortunately i throw away my till slip. Store manager refused to help me stating it was my fault, i put pressure on a brush. After I've begged her to atleast bring in a bank statement as proof so she can help me exchange the brush. Long story short, she than lost it and was shouting at me. Such humiliation in front of her employees.
