Bought some cleaning stuff a week ago, had a complain as one of the items was not in a good condition at 1st used, unfortunately i throw away my till slip. Store manager refused to help me stating it was my fault, i put pressure on a brush. After I've begged her to atleast bring in a bank statement as proof so she can help me exchange the brush. Long story short, she than lost it and was shouting at me. Such humiliation in front of her employees.

Located in Vryheid in Northern KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, HMS has served the KZN region for over 12 years. Company description
Our shop opened on the 9th June 2003 - Very humble beginnings. We actually incorporated the shop into our warehouse which was situated in the industrial area of Vryheid. We had a vision of one day opening a dedicated store for our business and that vision was realised in September 2005 when we relocated into our new premises that we had designed specifically for our business at 230 Mark Street, Vryheid.
Our unique concept is that of our "Pour Out System" - Bring your own bottles and fill with your favourite chemicals and save LOTS of money!!
