R Gentleman --CTM HAS CERTAINLY IN THEIR NEW ADVERTISING MADE AN ADMISSION OF GUILT !! All their FLATBOTTOM BATHS ARE NOW STRENGTHENED WITH SUPAWOOD UNDERNEATH..... My son redid his bathroom in January 2014 with a FLATBOTTOM BATH from CTM in Nov 2014 it cracked & we were told time & again eith every excuse in the book : the bath was fitted incorrectly ( even if it was fitted by a professional) /it's never happened to a CTM bath before !!! CTM WOULD TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY, NONE, NADA, NIKS !!! ALL LIES LIES LIES !! Obviously his bath was not the only 1 that cracked ?!! Otherwise WHY ARE THEY NOW STENGTHENING THE BOTTOMS ?? Not that it helps our problem we've still got a home fixed cracked bath !! All this at 4 ways CTM/BUT OBVIOUSLY COMPANY POLICY ----- NO GUARANTEE ON YOUR PRODUCTS !! SO I HAVE TOLD EVEYBODY THAT I KNOW ---- DON'T EVER BUY A BATH FROM CTM !!
