I purchased a stone toilet seat to match the current bathroom set we have. The seat had to be couriered from Prospecton to Gauteng as the was none available in Gauteng. The toilet seat arrived at my place and when we opened it the seat was cracked in half problem is the seat was wrapped in bubble wrap 2 layers with no fragile stickers on it neither was it in a box just the bubble wrap. I took the matter up with both The Courier Guy and CTM both are blamimg each other now and I have wasted my money. I wil never deal with either company again if that is how they do business.

R Gentleman --CTM HAS CERTAINLY IN THEIR NEW ADVERTISING MADE AN ADMISSION OF GUILT !! All their FLATBOTTOM BATHS ARE NOW STRENGTHENED WITH SUPAWOOD UNDERNEATH..... My son redid his bathroom in January 2014 with a FLATBOTTOM BATH from CTM in Nov 2014 it cracked & we were told time & again eith every excuse in the book : the bath was fitted incorrectly ( even if it was fitted by a professional) /it's never happened to a CTM bath before !!! CTM WOULD TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY, NONE, NADA, NIKS !!! ALL LIES LIES LIES !! Obviously his bath was not the only 1 that cracked ?!! Otherwise WHY ARE THEY NOW STENGTHENING THE BOTTOMS ?? Not that it helps our problem we've still got a home fixed cracked bath !! All this at 4 ways CTM/BUT OBVIOUSLY COMPANY POLICY ----- NO GUARANTEE ON YOUR PRODUCTS !! SO I HAVE TOLD EVEYBODY THAT I KNOW ---- DON'T EVER BUY A BATH FROM CTM !!

My worst experience ctm tokai cape Town. I have purchased on 26/04/16 for R13k I was promised by k***** sales rep that I will receive my shower column the next day, next da I call him he says that he will have it on Thursday at 8am. I made arrangements to pick up and arrangements with plumber. Clement calls says that they do not have the shower column, I asked are they prepared to compensate my plumber for time loss, he will talk to his manager D****. He said I have to wait. I said this is unprofessional business ethics and pick up your material and immediately refund I will buy from someone else, they said it's fine. Do these people realize that I have taken off from work the time, effort n cost implications. Change your sales team and management to maintain customer satisfaction or who knows maybe because I'm Indian. Sad to know that ctm employees such incompetent people. I have being purchasing from ctm tokai for a while. If it's so easy to refund customers then why is ctm in operation. Rather close the business and have happy customers.

I am most disappointed with the general service I have received from 2 of your stores Alberton and Boksburg. I am disgusted at the rudeness of your staff and more concerned at their competance levels. I would further like to note in writing that their entire attitude is disgraceful and non-chalant.
