I have been dealing with this company for over 10 years. They have repaired appliances at both my home and several business premises. 2 months ago, I reported a fault on both my freezer and my oven. They "repaired" both, but the problems continued. After several phone calls to complain and demand, they took both appliances in to their workshop for more repairs. Almost 6 weeks, dozens of phone calls, and one personal visit later, I still don't have my appliances back. I think they have seriously lost the plot and deserve to go out of business if this is how they treat their customers. In any event, they certainly have lost my business, comprising multiple appliances in multiple premises, and it serves them right!
