Always took my microwaves to them for repairs and hey always did a good job at fixing it.

I have been dealing with this company for over 10 years. They have repaired appliances at both my home and several business premises. 2 months ago, I reported a fault on both my freezer and my oven. They "repaired" both, but the problems continued. After several phone calls to complain and demand, they took both appliances in to their workshop for more repairs. Almost 6 weeks, dozens of phone calls, and one personal visit later, I still don't have my appliances back. I think they have seriously lost the plot and deserve to go out of business if this is how they treat their customers. In any event, they certainly have lost my business, comprising multiple appliances in multiple premises, and it serves them right!

I am shocked by their poor service. They have taken more than double the estimated time to do a repair job, and still not done it. They also never call back with any updates, when they say they will. Absolutely poor customer service.

This company charged me for repairs and a new pump for my dishwasher, but obviously didn't do the job as the dishwasher is still faulty, and I have been trying to get them to fix their 'repair' job for the last month.
