I purchased a stone toilet seat to match the current bathroom set we have. The seat had to be couriered from Prospecton to Gauteng as the was none available in Gauteng. The toilet seat arrived at my place and when we opened it the seat was cracked in half problem is the seat was wrapped in bubble wrap 2 layers with no fragile stickers on it neither was it in a box just the bubble wrap. I took the matter up with both The Courier Guy and CTM both are blamimg each other now and I have wasted my money. I wil never deal with either company again if that is how they do business.
