I am extrmely unhappy with the service that I have received from your Randburg branch. I tiled my house in June last year and this month we have build on an extra room and I needed to obtain a furhter four boxes of my original tile. When I went back to Randburg they informed me that only your route 24 store had stock. the lady S. informed me that Randburg could collect at a fee of R290. I agreed and asked her to let me know when their driver will collect it. She came back and said that the tiles would be colelcted on Friday 17th Feb. 2012. She also said that she would phone me to let me know when they arrive. After no phone call I went to the store on Monday 20th Feb. 2012 where no one had any idea where my tiles were. I eventually asked for the manager and he said that they might be there, but that they would have to have a good look and he would phone me later that day. Needless to say I am still waiting for his phone call. So now today 22.02.2012 16h00 after a lot of phone calls and frustration I eventually have received my tiles not in boxes all cellotaped together one pile missing a tile.....shal I go on. The service and product which I have received is shocking.
