I have to compliment Samsung in dealing with my issue, (refnumber 7112184438) Nkosi took my call and I expained to him my son's Samsung S4's battery has an issue, none of the shop could help me due to stock shortages. I explained my son was flying to the UK on the 10th and I cannot send him with a phone, he promised to get a battery delivered to my house address before my son needs to fly. I was sceptical about this promis. But he delivered in a big way. 3 O'Clock the battery was delivered and we could leave for the aiport at 4.
