My name is Gary Wocker, I needed a battery for my model - Samsung SM-G318H cell phone, apparently the only place one can obtain one is from a Samsung supplier, I went to the Tygervalley Mall shop in Cape Town on 19/08/2017 and was told that I had to pay up front R137.94 first and they would order the battery for me. Every week for the last three weeks I have gone back to the shop to find out when am I going to receive my battery and was always given some excuse and promised to follow up and let me know what was happening (no-one has ever bothered to contact me), eventually 35 days later I was so infuriated I went back and demanded my money back as I had paid for something that have not received, I will be replacing my phone with a Nokia as I am totally disgusted with Samsung's after sales service. The customer service "Host" Faldielah Valley promised that my money would be refunded into my bank account within the next few working days, it is now 2 weeks later and nothing!!!, no refund no battery not even a courtesy call to make another excuse!!? So in short I paid for a Samsung product 7 weeks ago and have not received what I paid for nor have I been refunded my money as requested, this is a clear case of complete incompetance of Samsung staff and theft of my hard earned money. I am in the process of consulting with my lawyer and will also be starting an agressive campaign to expose the shoddy aftersales service of your so called leading brand "SAMSUNG". Given the current poor state of the local economy I am sure you cannot afford such bad publicity that might (hopefully) affect your sales and massive profits but quite frankly I don't care, I will see justice done one way or another. Thanks for nothing Samsung.

My S7 had been sent away for repairs. Im waiting for 2 weeks now. I spoke to a assistant just now. She didnt let me finish over the phone. She just put down the phone. Very unsatisfied with the service.

I AM CONCERNED WHEN VIEWING ALL THE REVIEWS. There appears to be a common view around the shocking after service provided by Samsung after service. I recently had a problem with my Samsung dishwasher which I purchased in 2011 which was not completing its wash cycle. I delivered the dishwasher to TechniFix Samsung Smart Centre in Red Hill Durban. I was promised a call to let me know what the problem is and what the cost of repairs would be. Two days later No phone call so I called back and was informed that the pump need to be replaced and they required 50% down payment. I requested them to email me the banking details which was promised. Two days later after receiving nothing I paid them a visit and paid for the repairs in full to be advised my washing machine will be ready that afternoon and I will receive a call to let me know what time I can collect the machine. As experienced from all the reviews I received no call. 14 days after having paid for the repairs in full and being advised my dishwasher will be ready the same day, when contacting them (because as true to Samsung after care policy they don't contact customers back) I'm told the part is on order and the should receive it "sometime this week"!!!! - WTF this after being told 14 days ago my dishwasher will be ready that afternoon!! The question; IS SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS PTY LTD -HEAD OFFICE ok with the after service customers are experiencing with Samsung service centers? And what is SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS PTY LTD - HEAD OFFICE doing about the shocking after service its customers are experiencing? Why am I not surprised...I have now made 6 calls to the call centre and had my matter escalated to the Head of the Voice of the Consumer desk.......not one call back...Cut holliday, took 3 days leave, lost a large quantity of food, living off take aways, have to buy small portions, have to shop every day, paid R570 already and its 10days since the (dis) service centre was contacted. My fridge is just over 2 years old and motor ( compressor ) is busted..... Invertor is busted which has a 10 year warranty.... now I must pay for invertor board as well and gassing...parts must come jhb they say,,,, takes 3 working days.......... tried called call centre and it says " sorry that number in unobtainable!!!!! Products are priced at a premium......... Sorry Samsung my support for your products has come to an end Consumer ombudsman here I come ???

I upgraded my contract with a “Samsung Galaxy Tab 3” through Vodacom on the 08 June 2014. On the 14 October 2014 my device was book in for the battery that was not charging and the battery was replaced. On the 11 January 2015 it was booked in again for the battery and it was replaced. On the 05 August 2015 it went in for the third time for the same problem. I don't want this device any more they were supposed to replace it if it comes back for the 3rd time with the same problem. When I looked through the comment that other people is complaining about I am not the first person with this type of problems. Vodacom also refuse to replace the tablet there are just fixing it every time.

B P Ridge Oasis purchased a Samsung CKX6260RF printer from R V Office Equipment in Pietermaritzburg. We used to use a small entry level HP printer purchased from Makro at R 1500.00 which used to last for approximately 18 to 24 months before it had to be replaced. The Samsung printer bought at ten times the cost has failed twice since we purchased it (one year of use). I strongly recommend that Samsung SA find a new agent as the current agent, R V Office Equipment, clearly cannot support the customer base in Pietermaritzburg. We were advised to moving to a bigger capacity, more functional and faster multi-function printer. We regret taking this advice. D. Slater B P Ridge Oasis
