Electricraft / Franke Swanepoel aka Franke Smith installed a completely different, inferior, lower specification inverter and battery system than what was quoted on. Did not complete other work on quote and requested final payment before work was completed. Removed previous equipment without permission. Did not return deposit or install correct equipment, fail to respond to any communication. If you read further reviews you will see other customers with exactly the same complaints.
