"Electricraft installed a completely different, inferior, lower specification inverter and battery system than what was quoted on. Did not complete other work on quote and requested final payment before work was completed. Removed previous equipment without permission. Did not return deposit or install correct equipment, fail to respond to any communication. If you read further reviews you will see other customers with exactly the same complaints

I had an electrical problem at around 3 a.m. and my earth leakage kept tripping, so I called Electricraft for an emergency call-out. I honestly didn’t expect someone to get there that quickly at that time of night, but they came through fast. The problem was sorted out and everything was working again within about an hour. Really impressed with the response time and the work done. Definitely recommend Electricraft if you need an electrician, especially for an emergency. Great service from start to finish. ⚡
