My mother, Helen Rigby, was a patient at St Francis Care Centre in the terminally ill section from 8th February 2015 until she sadly passed away on 19th February 2015. During her stay at St Francis she received the best care from all of the staff. The compassion, care and consideration shown by all of the nursing staff and volunteer as well as the priest and the doctor was absolutely amazing. Not only were they caring and compassionate towards my dear mom but with her passing they showed us as a family tremendous support and compassion. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at St Francis for all that you did for my mom. We as a family really appreciated what you did for her in her last 2 weeks during her stay with you. You are all amazing. Your dedication, compassion, empathy and care of all of your patients is amazing. Keep up the wonderful work that you do. We will always be happy to recommend St Francis to anyone whose loved one needs the care that you give. Not being a profit organization you are all to be admired for your sterling efforts.
