I am a bit confused about instructions at the back of Cleome Rose Queen seed package, because the sowing time indicated by the blue area on the map is actually mostly frost-free, especially the Western Cape where I live. Should I follow the blue line next to the map to sow my Cleome, that is spring and early summer, or the green [winter/spring]? Thanking you for the information! Isobel Conradie
