Global Parts Online/GPO Crew are scammers. I enquired about a side-view mirror for my vehicle. I was given a price upfront, and was then told to pay a 50% deposit, which I duly did, on the promise that they would either find the part within 14 days, or they would give me a refund. They found a part and sent me images. The part looked damaged, so I refused it, and was told they would find a replacement. I was then also told the part was an “original”, but they would not supply it with any kind of warranty. I then rather purchased a brand-new after-market part, with a warranty, from another supplier. Despite numerous communications on email and WhatsApp (I have screenshots), with promises to ‘investigate’ for 5 months, I still have not received my refund. GPO Crew and Global Parts Online are the same people. A Google search found reviews of many other people who have had exactly the same experience, so mine is not an isolated case.

Do not do business with this guy at all. We wanted business cards done. Because Peter could not get the correct board, we supplied the paper, and he still charged us R230.00 just for printing and cutting. Despite giving him an original he got the colours wrong. He offered a 'free' reprint, except we had to supply the board again, which we did. Now, almost three weeks later we still do not have the cards. He does not respond to emails, sms's or answer his phone.

Contacted these guys for a quote on lining my trailer. As requested I sent the dimensions of the trailer via email, as the lady was either to busy or lazy to simply write them down. (how difficult can it be to give a quote on a standard 6ft trailer). After a whole day I am still waiting for a response. They obviously have too much work. If there service is like this before they take your money, l cannot help wondering how it will be after they have it! Poor show!
