Do not do any business with them under any circumstance. Received a broken taillight for a RAV4 (not the courier as the broken parts were not in the box) and they immediately stopped any and all forms of communication. They are scammers.

I have exactly the same bad experience with GPO Crew Heidelberg, ordered a new fender liner for a Citroen C2 on 19 September 2023, received the quote and paid the amount + courier fees. Never make a direct credit to this company's bank account, you will have no way of stopping the transaction. You receive no feedback and when they eventually do they lie , i.e. the part is with courier, I will follow up with them, a week later nothing and they will follow up. I then requested a refund. I will forward the request to refund, please forward your bank account for the refund, 10 days later still nothing. Do you really want to do business with this dishonest company? Do not be blinded by the good reviews on their website.

Global Parts Online/GPO Crew are scammers. I enquired about a side-view mirror for my vehicle. I was given a price upfront, and was then told to pay a 50% deposit, which I duly did, on the promise that they would either find the part within 14 days, or they would give me a refund. They found a part and sent me images. The part looked damaged, so I refused it, and was told they would find a replacement. I was then also told the part was an “original”, but they would not supply it with any kind of warranty. I then rather purchased a brand-new after-market part, with a warranty, from another supplier. Despite numerous communications on email and WhatsApp (I have screenshots), with promises to ‘investigate’ for 5 months, I still have not received my refund. GPO Crew and Global Parts Online are the same people. A Google search found reviews of many other people who have had exactly the same experience, so mine is not an isolated case. Google reviews or go to Hello Peter and you will see how many people have been caught.

That request was denied by you. You did not provide the product I purchased from you and when we spoke to you on first instance you place us under the impression that you have the parts in stock, but once you were paid, you then changed your story and informed us that you must search for the parts. Please take note that I will proceed with the following with immediate effect: Open criminal cases against the owner and his family for fraud and theft and also apply to court for an order to obtain your bank statements to determine if the money we paid into your account, which is trust money until you deliver or make the parts available, were used for any other purpose as our agreement. Please also note that I have requested our IT professionals to black list you on all social media in order to prevent you from defrauding any other person, including Carte Blanche and other investigating journalism. Please also note that you will be held accountable for all costs, including wasted cost and legal cost.

Zero rating still waiting for my refund i ordered a part on July it was the wrong part until now i didn't get my money back i have been dealing with Tilla and Erika they're not responding on whatsapp and calls A VERY BAD SERVICE on GpO crew i won't refer anyone
