I am utterly disgraced and appalled by the service I have received by your employers. I ordered an item on your online store on Thursday (14 December 2023). Payment went through and was told it will be delivered within 2-5 working days. I waited those days. I called to enquire on the sixth day (23 December 2023). Only to discover that my item had not even been packed. I have asked a number of times for emails and communication on the progress and get a different excuse over the phone every time and still not once have I received any email.
