TWK customer service is so poor. They will make you run around that big yard of theirs. There is no professionalism or respect for their customers at all. Friday I was sent from pillar to post until I refused. Today my mother who is a pensioner received the same treatment until she left without buying the poles. She was told they were not unloaded on the system, who's duty is that?
