TWK customer service is so poor. They will make you run around that big yard of theirs. There is no professionalism or respect for their customers at all. Friday I was sent from pillar to post until I refused. Today my mother who is a pensioner received the same treatment until she left without buying the poles. She was told they were not unloaded on the system, who's duty is that? There was stock on the ground but not on the system even worse the other employee said she's going on lunch 😡😡😡😡😡such a pathetic disgusting service. I am Babalwa Jakuja 084 305 6461
