Floor instructors are also available on the gym floor to assist when ever members are in need. The pool area allows for swim training and also offers aqua aerobics and is separated from the gym floor area to allow privacy.The spinning studio is equipped with quality spin bikes and has also incorporated the latest design look. A separate aerobic studio with wooden sprung floors allows dual classes to be performed with out sound interference. The change rooms are well laid and hygienic.
