The Gym is Knysna’s premier fitness centre in every respect. A brand new facility with an indoor pool, spinning studio, aerobic studio and gym floor equipped with the latest brand new gym equipment.
A fitness evaluation is offered on joining The Gym along with a gym program that is designed specifically for each member according to the individual need. A floor instructor will take you through the program step by step to ensure correct use of the gym equipment and also to maximise training efficiency. Floor instructors are also available on the gym floor to assist when ever members are in need. The pool area allows for swim training and also offers aqua aerobics and is separated from the gym floor area to allow privacy.The spinning studio is equipped with quality spin bikes and has also incorporated the latest design look. A separate aerobic studio with wooden sprung floors allows dual classes to be performed with out sound interference. The change rooms are well laid and hygienic.
