As you can see from the mails below, husband placed an order last year with your on-line store. On the 8th of January he mailed to enquire about the delivery and was asked for a physical address which he supplied on the same day.
On the 7th of February he wrote on your Facebook page about his frustration and immediately received the mail from
[email protected] who responded by informing him you will investigate and get back to him (see below) again nothing happened, nobody contacted him
Last week I contacted William Mokoka who promised to follow up and phone me back – he did not phone me back but on Thursday the 20th of February when I phoned again he informed me that the parcel will be delivered on the Friday.
Again nothing happened, I call again on Monday the 24th and spoke to Gugu, who told me she will check and phone me back before 9h30 ONCE AGAIN nobody phoned back.
The 25th I phoned again and asked for a supervisor, waited got cut off phoned back got through to Brandon who promised me he will investigate and phone me back. He phoned back I missed his call and phoned him back, he requested me to hold the line and he will investigate while I am on the line, again my call was cut and he never phoned back.
I again phoned today asked for Brandon who was not available then asked for his manager, held the line for 10 minutes and eventually put down the phone, Brandon then called me back only to tell me this was no given to the finance manger or some manager.
Why am I not surprised...I have now made 6 calls to the call centre and had my matter escalated to the Head of the Voice of the Consumer desk.......not one call back...Cut holliday, took 3 days leave, lost a large quantity of food, living off take aways, have to buy small portions, have to shop every day, paid R570 already and its 10days since the (dis) service centre was contacted. My fridge is just over 2 years old and motor ( compressor ) is busted..... Invertor is busted which has a 10 year warranty.... now I must pay for invertor board as well and gassing...parts must come jhb they say,,,, takes 3 working days.......... tried called call centre and it says " sorry that number in unobtainable!!!!! Products are priced at a premium......... Sorry Samsung my support for your products has come to an end Consumer ombudsman here I come ???
