Highly recommended. Very positive experience from first point of contact to the end of my case. The staff are either brilliant actors or they really care about their customers. So much so that a part of me was a little disappointed that they solved my case so quickly. I'll be back to Intertel if I ever need investigation work done. That is 100% a certainty.

Thank you for going the extra mile with my investigation. I don't know what I would have done without you. I recommend Intertel to everyone that suspects something but needs proof.

I purchased and installed CellSpy software onto a new android phone. The call recording feature did not work and I emailed B**** P***** for support. For three months he emailed me with suggestions, but could not find the cause. He then asked me to send the phone to him, and he gave me an address 150km away from their website listed physical address. I was suspicious, but I had been using his Intertel email, so I knew I was dealing with the correct company. I sent the phone to him, and for two months B****, A*****, and Support ignored all my emails asking for feedback. I could not get through to any of their phone numbers. Then B**** emailed me to collect the phone, and I replied asking if the issues had been resolved. I got no reply. I sent couriers to collect, and for two days Intertel did not answer their phones, the address is a house in a residential suburb. I eventually got my phone back, call recording still does not work, and all my emails are now ignored. When someone does answer the phone, it is 'hello?', and no-one is ever in. The impression that I have is that this is a one man company with a flashy website, operating from home. Their good reviews, in my opinion are fake

I tried another PI first because they were a bit cheaper, but you know what they say, you get what you pay for, and with the first PI I got diddlysquat. I don't even think he did anything. With Intertel I got excellent service from the first call, the results I was promised and when I was promised them, and they even called the first PI and arranged a refund. You have no idea how happy I am. Thanks you.

They impressed me before I became a client by being available when I needed assistance in the early hours of the morning. I've just installed my second cell spy software and i'm getting quite good at it now. The first time I struggled but Intertel support is awesome. Big up to them.

I've tried two other "similar" products that did not work at all, and then one that worked for less than a day before it stopped inexplicably and my attempts to get help from the company were futile. I was not expecting cellspy to work, but I figured the company has a good reputation and you're easy to contact so why not. I would like to say to anyone that needs to monitor a cell phone, do yourself a favour and contact intertel. Cellspy does what it says it does.

I had a thing niggling me for months and I couldn't prove it. They did and let me tell you I tried everything I could for months and I only wish I found intertel.co.za sooner. As much as I want to, I can't really recommend intertel.co.za to my close family and friends because I can't really tell them the reason I needed to go to a private detective agency in the first place, but because I found intertel.co.za here on cylex website I think others will see this review too and hopefully they'll take my recommendation. Intertel.co.za gave me the best service and just what I needed, they were understanding and confident and they walked me through everything they were going to do. I knew then that this would be successful and it was. I'm telling you, there are a lot of crooked PI's out there but intertel.co.za is trustworthy. They're not cheap but you'll see, they're worth every cent.

My new iPhone 5 went missing two weeks ago and I found intertel.co.za by searching cylex.co.za. They took down my IMEI number yesterday and today located my phone at a cell phone shop in St Georges Mall, Cape Town. The police already recovered my phone and i'm still in disbelief almost. I'm a very happy customer.

First I need to say thanks to Cylex. This is the second time i've used Cylex to find a company and both times i've made the right decision based on the reviews of others. Thanks. But the biggest THANK YOU goes to Intertel and specifically Angela who I kept busy way beyond her knock off time and when she said that she'd see this through with me I still thought 'yeah right' but I was proven wrong. I work for attorneys and i'm going to be sending a lot of work Intertel's way because if they are able to give such a professional and above-and-beyond type of service to little old me with my silly issue, i'm sure they'll do me proud with my colleagues. I've been using Intertel on and off for a few months while i've been away and they've always delivered and i've always gone back, but today it is case closed for me. They confirmed my suspicions and got indisputable proof for me. I can now move on with my life. Its not a very happy day, but I am so relieved. I asked Intertel if I could write a review for them and they said it wasn't necessary but "thanks for the kind thought". Obviously they don't know how important ratings are to potential clients so excuse me while I add 5 star reviews all over the internet tonight. They deserve it and i'm sure all their other clients left feeling as well taken care of as me. Thank you guys for your patience and diligence - I always knew you'd do it. Thank you.

Great service from intertel on two occasions and i recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with a problem they cannot handle. They are the best private investigation company in sa for sure (i've been to a few before).
