Our chute magnets are designed for high volume product flow. Powerful neodymium magnets are used to remove all ferrous and tramp iron contamination from a wide range of materials. Installed in chutes or vertical down pipes, our chute magnets are quick to clean and easy to maintain. Our engineers will help you determine the correct chute magnet for your application needs.

Bullet magnetic separators are typically installed into pipelines and gravity feed chutes. Ferrite or neodymium magnets are used, depending on the magnetic strength required. These magnets are super cost efficient and are ideal for extracting iron particles, nuts, bolts and other ferrous contaminants. They can be installed in pipes up to 500mm in diameter, and our engineers will visit your plant to recommend the correct bullet application.

Our borehole magnets can retrieve up to 125Kgs of broken drill bits or other foreign steel objects from exploratory drill holes, deep drilling applications, boreholes or pits.

Our Bar Magnets are supplied in various sizes and strengths. Depending on the application, either Ferrite or Rare Earth magnets are used ranging from 700 to 4500 gauss. Bar Magnets are used extensively in the food plastic and recycling industries.

Badge name plates are the perfect choice for custom engraved name plates. A great way to present an employee’s name, promotion, company logo and business trademark. Available in a wide variety of sizes, plastic or steel. Steel magnetic badges are of a very good quality. The magnets attach easily through thick clothing while preventing holes and clothing damage.
