Our overband magnets are the solution to the continuous removal of tramp iron and ferrous contamination from a diverse range of conveyed materials. These magnets are designed as either ‘in-line’ or ‘crossbelt’ magnets, depending on the size and nature of the material being processed They are available as either a permanent magnet, or as an electro magnet (Oil/Fan-air Cooled). Our overband magnets, once installed, protects and saves your conveying, crushing, grinding and screening equipment by removing ferrous material first. Our engineers will design and custom build your overband magnet specifically for your equipment and needs.

Neodymium magnets are composed of Neodymium, iron, boron and a few transition metals. The magnets are extremely strong for their size, they appear metallic in appearance.

Our magnetic liquid traps ensure product purity by removing ferrous contamination from liquid product processing, effectively eliminating fine and micro-ferrous particles. Constructed from stainless steel. Our engineers will advise on the size, configuration and strength suitable for your own production needs. They’ll also identify the positioning of the magnetic trap relative to your production process with special emphasis on easy access for cleaning and maintenance, and maximum performance.

Our magnetic head pulleys give continuous protection against tramp iron and fine ferrous metal fillings. Used as either drive head or tail pulleys on belt conveyors, they provide the essential protection for in-line machinery and purification of the materials being processed. Available as a permanent or electro-magnet. Shafts can be welded or replaceable / removable. Hubs and bushings are available as options. Our engineers will custom build them to suit your application.

Installed at product discharge points, our magnetic drum separators extract iron contamination from a variety of products such as coal, minerals, food, grain, chemicals and plastics. Our magnetic drum separators are custom designed by our engineers for your specific applications and can be used for either wet or dry materials.
