Our range of hand operated permanent lifting magnets are ISO 9000 approved, starting at 100kg capacity, all the way up to 5,000kg. Used singularly, in tandem or in conjunction with spreader beams, our lifting magnets are a solution to a diverse range of metal lifting problems involving: Steel plate Block plate Block or round steel Iron material Machine parts Our battery operated lifting magnets provide more specialised solutions to lifting problems. Our engineers will visit your site, factory or plant and will advise on the correct lifting magnet for you.

Our hump magnets are designed for high volume dry material flow. Two plate magnets are situated to first receive the material directly as it enters the housing, and then as it moves through the off-set angle and directly onto the 2nd magnetic plate, thus separating ferrous contamination from the materials. Hump magnets are manufactured to fit round, rectangular and square chute applications, and can be designed to order by our engineers to suit your own needs and machinery.

Our range of grate magnets, bar magnets and hopper magnets are usually custom designed to our clients specifications. Positioned directly in the product stream, these type of magnets are engineered to remove ferrous contamination from free flowing gravity fall products, particularly in the food industry. Our engineers will visit your plant and tailor design your grate magnet, bar magnet or hopper magnet to suit your production process.

Ceramic magnets are made of Barium and Strontium ferrite; Grade G8 Ceramic. They are charcoal grey in colour, brittle, very hard and very resistant to corrosion.

Used in conjunction with our Wet Drum Magnetic Separator, our de-magnetising coil demagnetises slurry agent used for magnetic separation in mineral processing applications.
