Little Hatchlings Playschool has been operating since June 2001 in the leafy suburb of Rynfield in Benoni. We cater for little ones aged app. 1.5yrs to 5yrs and we follow government school terms. At Little Hatchlings we believe in learning about the world around us through play because play is the language of childhood. The experienced, dedicated teachers are loving but firm, setting predictable boundaries for the children and emphasising respect for each other, respect for one’s self, co-operation and good manners. We adopt a holistic teaching approach, nurturing the ‘whole child’ by encouraging emotional, physical, spiritual, cognitive and social development. There is a low pupil to teacher ratio, where children are provided with a safe and stimulating educational environment.
