PCB laser marking and FPC laser cutting machines from HGTech can be integrated with SMT inline operation. The laser marking machine is designed for barcode marking, 2D codes and characters, graphics and other information on any kind of printed circuit board. The FPC laser cutting machine is mainly used for FPC cutting, camera modules and fingerprint modules, etc.

Compared with labels and printing, laser marking can record PCB information by marking serial numbers and barcodes for quality control and traceability of electronic products.

Laser marking advantages include a minimum marking size of a 0,5 mm QR code, laser source running time of at least 40 000 hours, no consumables required, permanent marking for anti-counterfeiting and free maintenance, and environmental friendliness.

FPC laser cutting advantages include non-contact processing with accuracy within 20 µm, a smooth cutting surface and no burr or carbonation, processing FPC thickness of 0,1 mm minimum, and laser source running time of 20 000 hours minimum.
