HGTech’s LCD 10C PCB laser marking machine is designed for bar code marking, 2D codes and characters, graphics and other information on any kinds of printed circuit board. Integrated with a high-performance CO2/fibre laser source, a high-pixel CCD camera and micron-level mobile module, the system is suitable for pre-marking automatic positioning and post-marking feedback reporting.
The LCD 10C PCB features a top-grade laser system with optimal marking performance for PCB FR4 substrate, accuracy of 0,01 mm, and repeatability in excess of 99,9%.
With a travel distance of 500 mm in both the x and y axes, a 510 x 480 mm working area, and dimensions of 1200 x 1650 x 1500 mm, the machine features a gantry structure and synchronous transmission guideways to ensure stable and precise performance. Automatic focusing and track width adjustment are designed to meet different production line requirements.
