Our Registered Nursing Sister is in charge of all nursing related matters, medical assessments, regular patient visits, the day-to-day liaison between patients and staff, interviewing of new staff members and placement of staff. She also visits patients on a weekly basis, overseeing staff, collecting staff reports and making sure patients are being properly cared for. Hanri Koekemoer is in charge of all administration issues, compiling weekly shift sheets, paying staff and invoicing patients. Staff consists of skilled Carers and ENA’s who have been trained and undergone a strict employment selection process. Staff travel directly to patients homes and work 8, 9 or 12-hour shifts, according to patients’ needs.
