The mental health programme focuses on the special needs of our patients according to their symptoms and level of functioning. The patients’ stay will be dependent on their treatment and progress and will be based on the evaluation of the treating psychiatrist. The programme integrates individual assessments and consultations with group therapy sessions and medication therapy. Individual assessments take place in order to understand the functioning of each patient, which would dictate the level of treatment needed. Regular/Daily individual therapy session in the areas mental health consultations, psychotherapy, occupational therapy, work evaluation and psychosocial consultations. Regular psychiatrist consultations take place and medication therapy is closely monitored by our mental health nursing staff.
