The Caledon Villa house displays an eclectic combination of architectural styles - from Victorian to Edwardian, Art Nouveau and Kaaps Hollands. The house was declared a national monument by the National Monuments Council in 1984. It is also an opportunity to share some of the recent additions, changes and improvements to the guest house - including the spiral staircase to the roof garden, the attic with its porcelain doll collection and the addition of a number of interesting art pieces.
