SLEEP Our rooms are comfortable stylishly decorated. All are en-suite and seven with separate entrance, extra length double/twin beds, high quality bedding, a wall safe, TV, books, coffee tray, fans, electric heaters, hair dryers, int. power points. Three are suitable for the disabled guests. OTHERS The large garden has a splash pool, sun loungers and pool towels are available. There is plenty of off-street parking. W-Lan, a laptop, a LCD beamer and a screen are provided. Route 62, the Robertson Wine Route, various attractions, activities and the golf course are nearby. Cape Town airport is only a 90 minutes drive away. We speak English, German, French and Spanish and our team speaks Afrikaans. We offer three tastefully decorated double en-suite rooms and one family/ executive suite, which also has a fully-equipped kitchenette. The rooms are named for their individual bathroom themes, i.e. Kalahari, Tarentaal, African Footprint and Ndlovu. Robertson is a quant small town which still retains it's olde world charm. Situated on the Breede River, Robertson lies in the shadow of the majestic Langeberg Mountains and is the Heart of the Cape Route 62 wine route (the longest wine route in the world). The Robertson Wine Valley is renowned for it’s award winning wines, it's roses and thoroughbred horses, and boasts some 50 wineries within a 40km radius of the town. Robertson is also home to the Klipdrift Brandy Distillery - "Make yourself at home" - they say, as do we at Cedar Lodge Guest House. Cedar Lodge is renowned for its “fine dining” evening meals for the pleasure of our guests (by prior arrangement). Our fine dining three or four course evening meals are created by Chef Paul, assisted by his wife Lynne, from his experience in the hotel/ catering industry blended with flavours from European travels and chartering their 40 foot catamaran through tropical island paradises.
