Do you have a strong technical background and supervisory experience?
My client is a leader in the plastics manufacturing industry, they require a team leader, able to supervise and motivate a workforce, to join their team.
You will be required to recommend and implement cost effective improvements, manage raw material wastage levels and production efficiencies. Assisting in the departmental training needs and ensuring that top quality products are produced.
A good track record with 2-3 years supervisory experience within a technical environment essential. Relevant technical (mechanical) diploma essential.
